TrustpilotLynne and Jess are seasoned sales professionals
Lynne and Jess have been absolutely fantastic in guiding us through the process of buying our first home. The communication between them and us has been seamless, and we got a wonderful house that suits our every requirement. Both took the time to understand our expectations and were extremely supportive when we faced challenges with our mortgage. They tried their best to help in many ways. In the end it all worked out and we’re glad that we bought our home with Shelbourne Estates / Morris Homes.

TrustpilotMorris Home St Michaels Park
The Morris home in St. Michaels Park is truly a remarkable place, thanks in large part to the dedicated and friendly sales representatives, Aimee and Jeanette. Their professionalism and warm approach make every visit to the Morris home an enjoyable and informative experience. They go above and beyond to ensure that potential homeowners find the perfect place to call home, and their dedication is truly commendable. While Aimee and Jeanette shine as sales representatives, it's also worth noting the outstanding work of Engr. Lee (head of site engineer). Their expertise and attention to detail have been instrumental in making the Morris home a place of exceptional quality and functionality. Their commitment to excellence in every aspect of construction is evident in the outstanding results. On the flip side, the sales manager, Tricia, appears to be a misfit on the team. Her approach and attitude do not align with the outstanding service and professionalism displayed by Aimee, Jeanette, Williams and Lee.Lee attention to details after moved in is outstanding and incomparable. Thumbs up

Hannah was absolutely super and showed genuine interest in securing the best possible property for myself and my husband. Although we decided not to purchase we both appreciate Hannah’s empathy which was so supportive. We had a great time being shown around the Norfolk by a lively and enthusiastic colleague who I am afraid I cannot remember her name though I would guess at something bringing with C. We did enjoy our afternoon in the very beautiful Morris Homes with them both.

TrustpilotA great deal on a high quality new home
Absolutely cannot complain. An extremely smooth buying experience, made so by a decent company with fairly sensible processes and a wonderful employee in Lizette (Broadacre Lytham St Annes) who is a credit to the organisation. I would highly recommend going into the conversation about new homes with Morris (and all builders) with a negotiation mindset. Deals can be found over almost anything. Be creative and encourage the developer to be flexible!

TrustpilotBroadacre Lizette
Well what can I say! Lizette from Broadacre in Lytham St Anne's was fabulous.❤👍Lizette was easy to talk too and no pressure to buy. She was local herself and knew the history of the area. Nothing was too much trouble even when ex customers popped in for a quick chat and they couldn't praise her enough. Thank you Lizette hope to see you again very soon. Jon and Kerin of Manchester.

TrustpilotAfter waiting since first of August to…
After waiting since first of August to buy new home on apart exchange basis radio silence ensued until mid October finally contacted to say plot now available on Friday and it was on first refusal had a call Monday to say it had been sold to some one else. This is a company that does not understand customer communication and ethical dealings with people.I would advise any one doing business to be wary as they may be disappointed with the dealings of this organisation and glad that we had a lucky escape

TrustpilotStay away from them
Stay away from them. As soon as they receive money for the house, don't count on any help. You are left alone with your problems. The quality of workmanship is terrible. Customer care does not answer phone calls and does not respond to e-mails.

TrustpilotGeeta is a great asset to your sales team.
Although we didn’t purchase a house at The Willows as the development is a bit too large for us we need to congratulate Geeta who was extremely helpful, very professional and a great asset to your sales department.

TrustpilotBig Thank you to Geeta, Keith & Phil.
Sorry it’s taken so long, We had a brilliant and very professional experience on the many occasions we looked around the houses at the willows, Kineton and assisting us in making the final decision on the lovely house we now live in. Geeta our sales advisor was brilliant, so helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision on buying the house as well as the options on the internal finishes. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their next home at the Willows. We would also like to mention Keith and Phil the site managers who were extremely helpful from the day we moved in giving all the help we needed on how the house worked and there professionalism in dealing with the Minimal snags picked up. The true meaning of above and beyond.

TrustpilotDreadful company
I have lived in my Morris Homes house for coming up 6 years and have had numerous issues including some very serious electrical issues which they took no responsibility for regardless of the fact it was down to poor workmanship in the first place. Also, the main road in the estate is yet to be finished, pot holes everywhere, raised ironworks, looks dreadful! The builders left years ago now and we’re still being fobbed off by Morris homes as to why they haven’t stuck to their promises of finishing the road.

TrustpilotMorris Homes Definitely Made an Impression
Myself, my husband, sister-in-law and our daughter decided to have a trip over to Lytham because we’ve wanted to live there for many years. We decided to take a look at a few new developments and Morris Homes in Kirkham was one of them. We were welcomed by the very lovely Anna who told us about the houses for sale and the local area. She was very helpful and informative and took the time to show us a couple of houses which were due to come on the market. We can’t say enough about how helpful Anna was. We’re actually thinking of buying one of the houses. We need to check the area out a little more, as we’d never been to Kirkham before and to also look at the finances. Thank you Anna for spending the time with us. We’ll be back over in the next couple of weeks. John & Amanda

TrustpilotCouldn’t recommend enough
We’ve been working with Lynne and Jess from Shelbourne to purchase our first house together. We had a few bumps along the road with a great outcome on the other side! Lynne and Jess have been incredibly supportive throughout and proactive. We’ve always felt they’ve been on our side throughout the process. Communication is excellent and their kind friendly nature has given us all the support and reassurance we’ve needed.

TrustpilotTerrible after care
We have had issues with our new home including a broken bifold door which we raised in March. It is now September and nothing has been done. A number of contractors have been "booked" to fix it and they either do not turn up or do not know what was required and therefore are unprepared and cannot repair the door. We have taken annual leave on multiple occasions to let the contractors in and therefore lost out financially due to the messing around. We would this to be sorted ASAP and compensation provided.

Very unethical builderPoor customer serviceMy car got irreparable damage from one of their piling vehicles when my car was parked on Beebys Way Hampton Peterborough - the whole side of my car's roof was scraped and dented- disappointingly Morris homes refused to take any responsibility - as the car was 2009 I was not asking for a lot to compensate - only £500 but got fobbed off and pushed from Morris to MV Kelly then back again without still any resolution
