We had a very good experience with Shelbourne Estates, Jess and Lynne attended to us in a nice and polite manner. We were given all the moral support to buy the property and show of care is very encouraging, hopefully we will close the deal soon.

We did two visits to the new homes in Kineton, Warwickshire. On both occasions the sales reps were helpful, but on the second visit we met Geeta who was really helpful and very professional. She explained everything we needed to know and answered our questions honestly and fully. We decided not to buy in the end, but that was not to do with either sales rep or the house, rather our personal circumstances. A very positive experience, thank you.

I persuaded a friend to purchase a property at the Willows. Kineton. She moved in August 2023. Subsequently I have now reserved a property on this development and waiting for my home to sell. Hopefully this will be soon. Morris Homes along with their on site representative have been more than considerate in keeping my property reserved. I've chosen all my fittings so now just waiting for a sale. I cannot fault Morris Homes. The homes and aftercare is incredible. Can't wait to move

We looked in many areas and different developers. Morris Homes in Wintringham was the first development we looked at. Angela was very helpful, not pushy and answered all our many many questions.She agreed a really good deal and they helped us sell our house.All the way through she followed the whole sale and purchase and assisted us to completion.The quality of the home is fantastic and Morris Homes care about its buyers. Very proactive once we moved in, always checking in to make sure we are happy.You read so much about bad developers, these are the exact opposite.Faultless!

We visited Morris Homes development in Kineton in Dec. 2023 to view two properties. We were warmly welcomed by the sale representative who provided most of the information we needed on the development and in particular on the property we liked. We have now booked a second appointment to view the site once again before we make a decision albeit not in a position to buy yet.

We would recommend anyone to buy from Shelbourne at Hunsbury Grange! We are ever so greatfull to Lynn and Jess for the their support through out the process of buying our home. We encountered delays in obtaining our mortgage but Lynn and Jess were ever compassion and strived to ensure things worked for us. It felt like they were working for us , a kind of service anyone would want from a builder. We love the quality of our house and the swift responses from the site manager when ever we have called upon them 👌Lucy

As first time buyers, this can be daunting, but the process was fully explained and made enjoyable. I hope I can rank it with no star. The sales representative is rational. But, The sales manager is awful. We signed the reservation form for completion on or before while the nightmare started when 24 hour before we have to decide exchange of contract. No one from the company would try to explain what was happening. When the time we asked why, the sales manager respond like you should ask clearly before you decide to exchange of contract. We were blamed for not calling the general hotline while we have call with the site. And we were told to wait until the representative come back as she was just a covering. Don’t believe I was blamed for listening to a Morris rep by Morris Sales manager. A company rep answer call through company phone during business hour is not liable for what she told me. How funny this sales manager reply. Whenever we asked a question, she just blamed we didn’t try our best to get an answer. Or she just said everything is on the company website (find it yourself. She can’t even find it out 🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃). The worst sales manager we have met. They now need further delay. And generously offer us with limited access to our driveway to fulfill the on time delivery. I would hope we have never signed any paper or did any payment to Morris. The sales rep we dealt with was sent to somewhere else. 💢💢💢💢And this sales manager claimed she got the support from the directors. If this is the case, shame on Morris working culture. They treated customer like 💩 even if you have just paid reservation fee (no need to wait until exchange of contract nor completion). All are just lies (no intention to fulfill anything written on the reservation form. …. ) and you will feel being dumped very soon. 💢💢💢💢Oh yes. The house is built and never told there might be possibilities on delay for the whole summer time before we paid for reservation. We were told we must we able to have it for Christmas party. And now, won’t be able to complete by next spring if we are not signing a disclaimer. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌Think before you buy ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌Loss faithLoss trust❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

We couldn’t fault anything …. From all the problems what goes with selling & buying Tracey at Arkall Farm was with us every step of the way .. she is a hard worker takes pride in her job role Morris homes are very lucky to have her on board to sell these beautiful homes , as for Morris Homes they are well designed homes with clever ideas to utilise space … we love our home and it doesn’t stop there , their after sales service is excellent and still looking after us , nothing too much trouble very approachable well done Morris Homes you should be proud 🏡 I recommend to everyone .

Was told to have completion by end of this year when we paid deposit and signed initial paper. We were told by our solicitor that there was a "delay" to Jan 2024 by the date we have to exchange contract in September 2023. And, now, there is a no date on completion... a further delay is needed........Most important is, it is a built plot. We were told, for three months before we paid deposit, it will be completed by end of this year since summer. Have no respect from Morris. They just want the deposit.And they could manipulate buyer.Hope never sign the paper / paid the deposit. The third houses we bought in UK.The most disgraceful developer.

Stopped in to look at a few houses at The Willows in Kineton. The build quality seemed really good and the small estate is lovely surrounded by nature and great views on the edge of a nice village. We met with Geeta who was super helpful. She took the time to understand what we were after to provide us with options without trying to influence us - really upfront and informative but never pushy! Though none of the remaining properties fit our requirements we left with a very positive impression of Morris homes and of Geeta and would definitely work with either in the future if the opportunity came up.

Having bought a property on the Oakwood View Middlewich site, after nearly a decade we still await the top road surface to be applied. Reading on here this looks to be a general problem with Morris Homes finishing estates. They just move on to build a new estate and leave the old ones unfinished.There does not seem to be a process to hold them accountable to finish estates. If they tell you there is a service charge applicable for comunal green areas just cut and run. Nightmare company. Buyers beware.

The sales staff and site manager were all absolutely exceptional. The problem started with all the rain there has been since we moved in. Our garden and driveway get waterlogged and the garden is a quagmire! After a wait of more than five weeks I finally had this response from their customer care team - “Whilst I appreciate towards the patio the turf has areas of mud patches, however I must note with all newly laid turfs require a period of limited foot traffic whilst turf is established.” So, they will say anything to justify avoiding any expenditure to resolve issues. If we had suspected there could be this issue, along with the failure to address them then I can honestly say that we would never have bought the house and bitterly regret having done so

Currently building in Formby, Merseyside. No consideratoon for other road users. Blocked the road fully for unloading of materials. No way for traffic to pass and contractors looked at my vehicle, made no attempt to move or indicate how long they would be. I and other road users were forced to turn around in the road and find an alternative route delaying my journey which was related to attending a funeral. There was no warning of a road closure. Raised this with them and asked for evidence they were permitted to do this and have been ignored. Disingenuous signage claiming to be a responsible builder.

Horrendous company. We have full NHBC report stating that house ( specifically the bathroom walls) are not built to standard and Morris homes don’t even acknowledge my emails. Not even a polite reply . Nothing. They really are awful. We have discovered multiple issues, we are now past the 2 years and it’s like we don’t exist. So be very very careful with your money. The sales people and site staff are lovely but can’t actually help as head office really don’t care. The amount of staff turnover is also shocking and indicative of how they treat their customers. We are now stuck with a huge hole in our wall that we can’t fix because it would cost too much to undo all the shoddy construction.

We originally came to the development to see what is available (with no intent of purchasing this year) and with Aimee’s support, we’ve started the process of a reservation for our dream house! She’s been so friendly and helpful and has really taken the time to get to know us as a couple to decipher our preferences to ensure we have the right house for us. Aimee has always been on the end of the phone when we have needed her to answer some of our queries and has been so accommodating in finding the time to speak to us personally.
