Avoid Princes Meadows Kirkham This estate is full of problems. Massive drainage problems in the gardens. Check your plot if you are going to purchase on here. Numerous complaints from many residents with the same issues and Morris homes don’t care. The customer service once you’ve purchased is terrible. Do your research, speak with residents already purchased. I would hate for anyone to have to go through what we have gone through over the last 4 months. The build quality is very poor and the after care is just as bad. This house was the worst decision we have ever made.

Not only was her knowledge on the houses amazing, her knowledge of the surrounding areas such as schooling was excellent. I can’t thank Angela at the Wintringham site enough! She was extremely approachable, helpful and didn’t put any pressure on us to buy! We saw 2 amazing homes and are looking to secure one within the next few months. The development is very impressive and we are looking forward to the leisure amenities that are also being developed there. The short walk to the station will allow us to travel into Cambridge and London without needing to get in the car! Thank you again.

We visited the Willows site in Kineton for the first time. Geeta explained all the items that would come as standard - most of which were extras with other builders.Geeta was very helpful in answering our questions and not bombarding us with information that we might need later. She directed us to the show homes and took us to see several possible relevant properties on the site.Thank you Geeta, we will definitely be in touch when we are ready to buy!

Now 6 months since I moved to one of the Morris Home at Wintringham, and I very happy with my new house.All snagging problems were dealt very quickly without any hassle. Big thank you to Angela. She’s been absolutely fantastic, always helpful and communicated very well through all buying process.If I would buy again, I definitely would go back to Morris Homes. 100% would recommend.

We visited Shellbourbe Estates at Hunsbury grange this morning, Lynne was so friendly and explained everything in detail about the buying new home, process, incentives etc. she also showed us few homes which are ready to move, we been there without prior appointment she considered our random walk-in and helped us to understand many details about the builder. Overall experience with Lynne was so good and knowledgeable.

We visited Hunsbury Grange on Saturday 20th Jan. Jess showed us around the show homes, waited patiently for my brother to get around with his clutches. We left well informed and well impressed with the customer service and the stunning development. High quality fittings and a really great development that I would love to live in next to Upton Country Park. Jess was helpful and knowledgeable and really took time to explain things to us. Looking forward to grabbing my home soon.

Myself and my family are extremely happy with our Dunham home at Wintringham.I am especially grateful for Liam and Angie they were available when ever we needed them and went above and beyond for me and my family.We have lived in our home for nearly 3 years and we still love it.I have and wouldn't hesitating in recommending Morris homes.Any snagging problems were dealt with promptly and efficiently and they didn't hesitate even if I thought it was minor. You have 2 years to contact if there are any problems and also the 10 years NHBC. Very happy family. The Coles

Excellent experience buying our home in Wintringham, St Neots. Special mention to Angela who went above and beyond, not only with the purchase of the new property, but with the sales of our respective properties (we were selling two properties to combine into one which didn’t go without issues!). Her professionalism and experience helped keep us calm and made the whole experience as smooth and as stress free as it could be. The after sales team were also excellent and dealt with any snagging issues promptly and efficiently. We are very happy with the design and finish of our new home and would 100% recommend Morris Homes to any prospective buyers.
