Mishon Mackay stood out from the crowd... and there are a lot of estate agencies in Brighton! What really appealed was their ability to link up their separate offices (we sold and bought through them). Although only a short move from Preston Park to the Seven Dials area of Brighton they made the whole process seamless. Like a lot of professional families we have moved about a fair bit and I can safely say that Mishon have been the best agency we have used so far.

However, in comparison to the estate agents who dealt with the sale of my property I found that these estate agents were happy to let weeks go by without pushing the sale on. I understand that your purchase was particularly difficult with the unexpected death of one of the owners mid way through the transaction, causing a substantial delay due to probate proceedings having to be be dealt with. Whilst this is something we of course could not control, we do understand the importance of keeping everyone involved aware of the progress updates as they happen. I can see from the notes on file that we had numerous communications with you via email following our team pushing the sellers and their solicitors to expedite matters quickly, I believe there were also some unnecessary delays from the sellers solicitor taking a very long time to provide detailed information regarding boundary issues that would, I'm sure have caused more frustration for you. Estate agents have a bad name but I really feel we got excellent service from the team, especially Alexandra and Danny when we sold our house. 2 of our buyers had issues with their own properties and had to pull out and each time the house was back under offer within less than a week. The last chain we really had to push through so we didn't lose the dream house we wanted to but buy and Danny did a great job of keeping it moving as quickly as possible. Definitely recommended!
