A special thanks to Jorgia Tye and Brett Colman at the Chandler’s Ford branch. Although the process of our sale is currently in its final stages, I wanted to leave this review to highlight the quite simply wonderful support, professionalism and very clear work ethic that has been given to us. All of the team have been friendly and willing to help whenever necessary. Jorgia’s kind and caring approach, along with willing to go above and beyond has meant a lot to us. Brand Vaughn made what seem like an impossible sale (due to timing with the market) actually happen, after 3 years of trying, against all the odds and we are so grateful to them for making the process so simple and they went above and beyond what would usually be expected. Annabelle was very helpful

Annabelle was very helpful, I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she done for me. I was having to go through the moving and renting process while my son was in hospital having a major invasive surgery and she has been brilliant with me. We managed to get through it all and move me into my new home all without adding any extra stress or pressure onto me. Robyn was a great help during my pre-tenancy phase of my flat. I was a little daunted at setting up all my utilities and all the admin that comes with moving into a new place but Robyn helped make the process simple and straight forward. She was always at the end of the phone if I had any queries, I also wasn’t able to pick up the keys myself on the tenancy start date so she arranged for my next of kin to collect them. This was a huge relief as I didn’t have to rush back to the island!

Highly recommended for fidning good tenants

Jay has always found good tenants for me for a small portfolio of residential properties over several years. He is responsive, understands my needs and knows the market. He has found tenants for me on more than 10 occasions and I have always been satisfied. I have always attained a decent rental for the market at the time and the process is seamless. No ridiculous promises, just good service. Fees are competitive vs. other agents too. I highly recommend Jay and his team if you are looking for tenants for residential properties in Brighton and Hove.

We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated process. The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. Ollie and Sue were both personable, charming and very supportive in keeping the buyer with us in what proved to be a long and difficult sale. Without them, I think I'd have lost a very good price for my late mother's property. Finding a new home

From the first moment until the handover of the keys, everyone I have dealt with, but especially Connor and Michael, have been incredibly helpful, patient and understanding.
