Dee, Felix and Holly were on our team in the Kemptown office. We set them a difficult task - sell our rented flat first then ours subsequently. Despite MANY ups and downs and two COMPLETELY useless sets of solicitors they succeeded and we are now settled in our new house and very thankful we had them on our side, particularly Dee who is the most tenacious, supportive and determined of estate agents … without her continued dedication and can-do attitude we wouldn’t be were we are now. Lucy was very friendly and smiley despite a few problems with the keys! This was sorted quickly as she was able to collect the keys from the client instead of rescduling which would have been very inconvenient. After using MIshon Mackay over many years on previous property sales I am sad to write this review. After 5 mths, accepting an offer on my property via MM Hove and securing another property via MM Rottingdean, very disappointed that the sale has fallen through (with no valid reason given), which I believe is solely down to mismanagement from both branches. Appears that Hove branch has recently been subject to complete change of staff, a new manager has been appointed but at no time has contacted me. And now understand that the manager of Rottingdean is now leaving ??? I was contacted by Glenn new manager of Rottingdean yesterday but too little too late I’m afraid. No follow up as promised.Sorry there is something seriously wrong in-house and I wouldn’t recommend, unless you want to waste time and money.

I have been with this agency for about 3 years, and as far as there are no problem with the property and you pay your rent, they only contact you for renewals and not much else. I reported a leak 2 years ago, after all this time they haven't done anything, not even pretending. Now is time to renew the contract and they want to increase the rent £100 but without fixing the leaks (now there is more than one). Contacted them, few of the members, and even one of the managers and the just pas the ball to each other, no one is taking responsibility and the ceiling will fall one of this heavy rain days. Be careful with this agency....

Just rented our first flat as a couple. We had some worries about the process and how things are supposed to be but their system and the team were most helpful and it was a smooth process. Especially Joshua who handled the majority of our tenancy process was really fast and helpful in answering our questions and guiding us on the way. Also Omar and Laura were really kind to us when we met at the office for key collection.

I would, without reservation, recommend Harry Mishon if you want to sell your property quickly, easily and professionally. Having recently sold a couple of properties with Harry, I can't sing his praises enough. He did not just sell the properties but despite the challenges we had to overcome, he was a constant support. He never ceased to be available for contact and communication and effectively "held my hand" throughout the entire process from valuation to exchange/completion. I would vote him as "estate agent of the year." I would, without a doubt, look to Harry for any future house sales/purchases.
