GoogleGreta at Mishon Mackay went above and beyond in sorting a viewing on a property within a short space of time! As being a first time buyer this was definitely daunting, assuming we would come across multiple hiccups along the road, however Greta was incredibly efficient in suiting all my needs and answering any questions we had along the way. I can't recommend enough!

There were many problems associated - the condition and situation of the property, plus a new development next door. Without the expertise of John Hill, Rottingdean Office, we could never have achieved the successful outcome we eventually did. GoogleHaving purchased/sold several properties over the years I felt I had to write this review as what we received was far beyond our expectations as far as real estate agencies go. We recently sold our property and dealt with Glenn from the Mishon Mackay Rottingdean office. From the get go Glenn put us at ease and provided a seamless professional service from viewings through to sale. Every aspect was transparent and there was no chasing!! There’s a first. I cannot fault the exceptional experience we received and would highly recommend anyone selling/buying to use these guys.

Not only did they deal with our sale and purchase, but they handled a number of difficult hiccups on the journey, with boundary disputes, revised offers and absent solicitors. They went beyond the call of duty to successfully navigate us through these challenging situations, taking charge and resolving issues on our behalf. We now have our forever home because of them!
