TrustpilotWe had a particularly difficult time but…Mishon were our saviours!
We had a particularly difficult time selling our house and in the end after a bad experience with one agent and a buyer pulling out with our second agent, we then decided to go with Mishon in Preston Park. Mishon in Hove, were the agents for a flat we had put an offer on, so to try and save the chain from breaking, we thought they would be the best choice for becoming our agents. It wasn't long before they found us a buyer. Sam and especially Amina, worked tirelessly to negotiate with the new buyer and save the chain. Matthew Pahlavan and Sarah of Hove were also great and supportive throughout the whole long drawn out process. We're now in our little home and very happy and this was made possible by all the team at Mishon.

It really can be disheartening when you have had a bad experience so we are delighted we were able to turn the experience around for you, and get the job done. Great company to sell your home for you. Excellent marketing and photography service to get the viewings started as soon as possible. Proven negotiation skills. Only one flaw was sometimes lack of contact.....would have like someone to "check in" with me if if just to confirm no update.

Could not have been happier with this estate agent. All members of staff were exceptionally helpful, communicative, and polite. They went to a lot of effort to gather feedback after viewings and provide this to me quickly. It was a difficult sale with a longish chain, and they went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. It was a definite advantage that they work so well with their Hove branch who were involved further down the chain. I viewed a number of houses with this agent as well and was very impressed with their sales approach. The office was well manned and I never had trouble getting through to someone/receiving call backs. I could not fault them. I've had to deal with many estate agents and these were a league above the rest.
Thanks Sam, long chains really can be very challenging to manage and extremely stressful for all those involved, we are pleased that you felt supported through the process. It really does help if we are dealing with more than one of the properties in the chain as the communication lines remain completely open to get the job done. We hope you are now nicely settled into your new home.

Pleasant staff however could have done with being more assertive with our buyer who turned out to be unreliable and did not have the money to buy the property .they did find another buyer in time for us to still buy the property we wanted although lost out on the original one Overall happy but cannot give 5 for this reason

The move was a bit of a saga due to the 'on-off' capability of our buyer to be 'able to' or 'not able to' raise the cash that he needed. So we constantly had to make decisions about finding a new buyer or sticking with our guy. Through all this angst, MM provided good support, sensitive/sensible reasoned advice AND someone to moan at. Just what we needed!

What should have been a straightforward chain was fraught with hurdles but Glenn and Damien helped us over each and every one.
