GoogleExcellent service - mainly dealt with Colin Metcalfe, who was calm, quick to respond, honest and kept me up-to-date on sale process. Also Christopher Thew saw the sale through in the final stages, and was also good.

GoogleI recently used the Preston Park office to sell my flat and I would defiantly recommend them. They secured an good offer quickly where another agent had failed and we very helpful throughout the sale keeping the whole thing together more than once!

Throughout my years as a landlord, I have never worked with a better agent than Mishon Mackay and have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from their fantastic team. They are bright, professional and personable people who apply a consultative approach. No matter who is looking after me, they always make me feel at ease. On a number of occasions they have found me good quality tenants and, more importantly, this was completed with speed so that the financial impact was kept to an absolute minimum. I am very comfortable with the levels of checks they carry out. Equally, I have been satisfied with the way they respond to day-to-day queries and issues, property visits and repairs during the tenancies they have managed for me - and continue to do so.

GoogleMishon Mackay, Hove, have sold our house! Didn't take them long! They presented a very fair valuation, which created a consistent stream of viewings. Their agents were courteous, professional and encouraging at all times. Once we accepted an offer, Mishons had dedicated staff on hand to ensure a smooth process to exchange of contracts, which included liaising with both ourselves and the buyers, as well as the solicitors. I recommend Mishon Mackay very highly and am delighted we have achieved a sale in such a short period of time.
