He remained dedicated, tenacious and professional in looking after both our interests and those of the vendors throughout a protracted and complex process. We originally agreed to sell our property and had an offer accepted on another property on the 26th May this year. We have finally exchanged today 7th November. Five months ago I walked into Mishons office in Portslade and told them that I had always hated Estate Agents. My previous experience with estate agents over in East Sussex was spectacularly horrible. Glen and Josh at Mishon Mackay Portslade have totally and single handedly redeemed that. Nothing that has gone wrong in the last five months has been their fault (or ours) and they have done everything they could have done to help us through this. Firstly they got an excellent price for our property and then helped us through our vendor pulling out and one of our buyer's chain pulling out. Lastly they helped us through the horrors of solicitors incompetence. We had handed our solicitors all the deeds and documents related to our property five months ago and last week, just before exchange they found that there was no reference to the second floor on the lease documents. We are selling a maisonette (what legal person does not understand that a maisonette has more than one floor?) and this relates to a conversion done in the 1960's and a property that has been sold half a dozen times since then, one referred to on the deeds as a 1st and 2nd floor flat. Glen and Josh at Mishon Portslade helped keep us sane through all this. I absolutely and without hesitation recommend them.

My experience of using Mishon Mackay Brighton to sell my property in central Brighton was very positive. The team were friendly and professional and provided a very personal service. In spite of several setbacks and delays they did a great job of seeing the sale through to the end. As a result of the effort they put in, the whole process was a lot less stressful for me than it might have otherwise been. I am very grateful to Thomas and Chris, who are clearly both extremely experienced.

Rottingdean Office.This was a difficult and stressful sale, it took ages, but Tina and her team were dogged. They kept our buyer on track, he did seem to need his hand holding most of the way, and finally we got to exchange. I would certainly recommend you over and above your leading competitors in the area. We previously used Brand Vaughan and wished we'd come to you in the first place.

I found everyone at the Brighton branch to be very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, particularly Tom who has been our main contact in selling our flat. The pictures and listing of our property were both excellent, and they found a suitable buyer and agreed our sale within a couple of weeks. The support post sale was also superb and kept me sane through the process of waiting for exchange. Unlike other agents we have dealt with we were able to consistently deal with one key contact which was really a positive from our perspective. I would definitely recommend based on our experience.

Mishon Mackay were the first estate agents to assist me getting on the property ladder. I have only experienced a few letting agents before and have not been impressed however, Dan at Mishon Mackay Hurstpierpoint was very helpful, knowledgeable and 99% always contactable. It’s a stressful experience buying your first home but the team at the Hurstpierpoint office made my experience enjoyable. Big thanks to Dan and hope to experience his excellent service again in the near future.
