TrustpilotExcellent service from Mission Mackay's 7 Dials office
I recently sold a property through Mission Mackay's 7 Dials office and have been thoroughly impressed by their all round professionalism. From first meeting through to marketing and then securing a speedy sale at the full asking price I felt that my business was really important to them and that this was a company who took pride in offering a great service. The sale all went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mission Mackay and I will certainly use them again in the future.

GoogleRented a house and the service was terrible. Boiler was not working for the whole two years and a lot of mild problems while I was there and despite informing the agents nothing was done to sort it out. Maria Vrahnaki, who was incharge at the time wanted to deduct the full amount of £2070 deposits in order to change all the carpets because of so called “cigarette smell” and stains. Which we had to file an appeal to get our deposit back. Was threatened during this time saying that the landlord is not happy and might sue us for wasting his time if we proceed with the appeal. Worse of all was racist and said to me “I don’t know where you come from but this is not how we do things here in the uk”. They undermine international students. just because we do not live here they think they can get away with anything.

TrustpilotHighly recommend
Chris and the team at Mishon Mackay were excellent throughout the entire process for purchasing our house. Would highly recommend them. They were always quick to respond, helpful and friendly, and did everything they could to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. Can’t fault them. Thank you very much Chris and the Mishon Mackay team!

TrustpilotExcellent - would recommend!
The entire team from the original quote phase with Damian, through the processes of buying and selling with Josh and then now looking forward to completion were excellent. They are responsive, professional, friendly and helpful and have frankly changed my rather dim view of estate agents which was founded on previous terrible experiences. Would recommend highly.

TrustpilotWe switched agencies to Mishon Mackay…
We switched agencies to Mishon Mackay following the loss of two previous buyers found by another well-known agency, although it has to be said this was not the fault of the previous agency. We were somewhat amazed, but delighted, to receive an offer from the very first viewer that came our way via Mishon Mackay. We have now exchanged contracts and expect to be completing very soon. Our thanks to everyone at the Portslade office, particularly Damien and Josh, for smoothing the way.

TrustpilotExcellent service from offer to completion
I would highly recommend buying through Mishon Mackay in Portslade. Josh was always on hand for any advice or to follow up any queries or issues we had with our vendors. Damien was also very helpful, and I liked when we looked around we were left to our own devices (no hard sale or push). Thank you for making our first time buying a home so seamless

TrustpilotGenerally good - would recommend
Generally good, found plenty of potential buyers and traffic didn’t slow down despite them being single agency. Gave good advice on how to price the property.Had to take over the final stages of the sale to keep the buyer happy, but in MM’s fairness this was my choice as I am in sales myself and felt I could handle it better.

TrustpilotBest of the Best!
If we could have given 10 stars to the staff of Rottingdean's Mishon Mackay we would. From the initial valuation, carried out professionally and personably by Tina Templeman, the attentive accompanied viewings conducted by Charlotte Wilson and John Hill, to an offer within 4 days of giving them instructions to proceed, we cannot praise them enough. They were not the type of agents who waited for Rightmove or printed particulars to do the job for them, they produced viewings from serious buyers within hours of taking our instructions. What was most surprising was how efficiently Charlotte followed up on the sale, checking down the chain and keeping us updated and well informed at all times. We can honestly say that this was the best experience we have ever had employing an Estate Agency and would not hesitate to use them again. They are quite simply "The real deal".

TrustpilotMishon Mackay don’t go anywhere else!
What can I say! But Excellent! Professional! Efficient! And Caring! That is Mishon Mackay! Two years of renting a property from them and they went above and beyond to make sure that my moving in and moving out was as stress free as possible. Anytime things needed fixing a dedicated trustworthy maintenance team carried out the works without me even being home. I cannot than Jordan enough for her hard work in dealing with everything with such understanding efficiency and empathy. Likewise the rest of the rental team Maria, Mia, Louis and Jay. Whenever I rang or just popped into the office nothing was too much for them. I highly recommend them and have to friends who also rate them as amazing compared to the other Real Estates in Brighton. If you want a stress free rental it is Mishon Mackay! For honesty, reliability and reassurance, as both landlords and tenants wellbeing and their homes are paramount to their success! Well done Mishon Mackay!

TrustpilotGreat Estate Agents!
Very positive experience through and through. The sales team at the Hove office have been very professional and supportive. A particular thanks to Sue Vila who has arranged most of the viewings when I was looking for a property (and who eventually found the right one for me!) and to Sarah McCarthy who has been invaluable help throughout the conveyancing process! I highly recommend this firm and I wish more estate agents showed the same level of competency and professionalism.

TrustpilotSuper professional and personable
In the sale of our property we were assisted by Thomas Gannaway who did everything he could to find a buyer and get us to exchange as smoothly as possible. He called back when needed and provided unprompted updates to reassure us things were progressing or to let us know what the hold up was.Despite having numerous difficulties he worked through them all and did a lot of chasing to ensure matters progressed in a timely fashion.Super professional and personable he’s a real credit to the agency.

Dear InmaFollowing your review, I have looked into the situation with our property management team. I can see that an amount was deducted from your deposit due to items highlighted in your check out inspection that required attention. We believe this to be fair in accordance with your tenancy agreement and in conjunction with your inventory. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you further, please do call me on 01273 789866. Kind regards, Mary-Jayne.

TrustpilotPlenty of praise and no complaints! They made it all easy for me.
No complaints - everything was plain sailing. I bought a flat recently through their Hove office and they made everything painless. Steve handled the sale and was great, Sarah then liaised with the vendors, the two sets of solicitors and myself and she was great (extremely diplomatic and patient). She also helped with suggestions local tradespeople which gave me a head start.Their 'no nonsense' approach was refreshing and moved things along. They were friendly, kind and helpful and returned calls and emails promptly. I never had to ask what was going on, they were proactive right from the start. It's all too easy to criticise estate agents but I have found Brighton and Hove agents to be a real mixed bag - some really good, some couldn't care less (the buy from us, we dare you brigade!)Ah, if only more estate agents were like these guys at Mishon Mackay in Hove! I am most grateful for their help.

TrustpilotCustomer focussed problem solvers....
Chris Thew and his team at Seven Dials sold my house. Inevitably, there were bumps along the road, yet his team worked hard to resolve them and added real value in the process. They helped me to achieve my goals and I’d unreservedly recommend.....

TrustpilotRenting through Mishon Mackay
Renting through Mishon Mackay is an excellent choice to make. They are professional, efficient and helpful. When, in the run-up to renting our property, we encountered problems that were due to a third party’s negligence, Mishon Mackay responded in a patient and polite way. And especially helpful throughout the entire process was their agent, Mia Brooks, who did her very best to ensure that we happily found our way into our new home.

TrustpilotHonest, friendly and trusted
We have been with Mishon Mackay for the past two years. We were a house of four young professionals and we began to have problems with one tenant early on. Mishon Mackay were understanding, considerate and patient with problems that we encountered and always offered well informed advice on how best to action such problems. It has been a refreshing experience, I would highly recommend to all that are thinking of going with them.

TrustpilotI had not dealt with Mishon Mackay…
I had not dealt with Mishon Mackay before and I found them to be both helpful and followed through on issues they had promised to address. Even Annual Leave of the Agent I was dealing with had little impact with office staff helpful and informed. For me at least, dealing with Mishon Mackay proved to be a positive experience

Really excellent agents Glenn and Damien who were always doing an excellent job happy to help us. I was shown around other local agents to properties and I thought they were not as good as the mishon staff. I will always recommend portslade mishon to anyone I know
