I found everyone at the Brighton branch to be very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, particularly Tom who has been our main contact in selling our flat. The pictures and listing of our property were both excellent, and they found a suitable buyer and agreed our sale within a couple of weeks. The support post sale was also superb and kept me sane through the process of waiting for exchange. Unlike other agents we have dealt with we were able to consistently deal with one key contact which was really a positive from our perspective. I would definitely recommend based on our experience.

Mishon Mackay were the first estate agents to assist me getting on the property ladder. I have only experienced a few letting agents before and have not been impressed however, Dan at Mishon Mackay Hurstpierpoint was very helpful, knowledgeable and 99% always contactable. It’s a stressful experience buying your first home but the team at the Hurstpierpoint office made my experience enjoyable. Big thanks to Dan and hope to experience his excellent service again in the near future.

The Rottingdean Team are truly amazing with John making an accurate valuation which led to an offer within four days of the property going on the market . Charlotte communicated weekly with an update report and followed up both seller and buyer queries and Tina made sure the completion period went through effectively. They were all honest and respectful all the way through. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mishon Mackay delivered exactly as promised when we switched to them, and sold our flat when we had struggled previously to find a buyer.Communication and feedback were excellent throughout and they were very supportive in getting the seller's solicitor to get on with the exchange when it was dragging on.We didn't always see eye to eye on pricing but they followed our instructions nonetheless.Always accessible, the whole team was very friendly and made sure the pressure was kept up to find a buyer and to progress the conveyancing process.

On our move in day, we were stuck in traffic and ended up having an 8 hour drive from Leeds to Brighton. We missed the opening times of the office so we were scared we wouldn't be able to move in. However Mia, went above and beyond and met us in a cafe in town so we could sign our TA and move in that day. She was a life saver 5 stars.The only small hiccup we've had is that our TA was sent to us only a few hours before we moved in (whilst on the 8 hour drive) so we didn't get a chance to read it properly before moving in. Unfortunately, this resulted in some miscommunication to us, which resulted in us owing money to our landlord which we should have never had to pay had we received the TA in time.

Tina and the team at Mishon Mackay Rottingdean were the vendor's selling Estate Agents for our recent house purchase in Ovingdean and acted thoroughly efficiently and professionally. They made us feel like they were working for us as well to achieve our aims and timescales. Tina went beyond the call of their duty in liaisons with others pushing for quick valuations and conveyancing services.
