The sales team at Mishon where amazing. They really pushed hard for the sale of our home and succeeded where two other agents couldn't. We've exchanged on our property now and will be moving soon. The sales team where friendly and knowledgeable. And there viewing guide on Saturdays was really funny and a very nice guy. Hats off to the team.

Alexandra Brittany and all their team at Kemptown office was Mishon Mackay was excellent. I personally dealt with Alexandra first time when we decided to sell one of our property in Wilson Avenue Brighton. I would like to point out after reviewing several local agents we decided to go with Mishon Mackay because of Alexandra as she came across extremely focused and knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to get things done . We had wonderful experience when selling our property through Mishon Mackay Kemptown office and I personally highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their property in that area . Alexandra and the team at the Kemp Town office were fantastic during my house sale. Very professional, good at keeping me informed, and even came up with a way to rescue the deal when it looked like it might fall through because a problem with the buyers' finance.I'd certainly recommend this service to anyone looking to sell a house in the Brighton area.

We have used Mishon Mackay to sell our flat and throughout the process, they have been very professional, organised and helpful. They have been flexible when required (we chose to show some people around our flat) and they got a lot of people through our door to view our flat . I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to use them to sell their property.

They were very honest from the first meeting in terms of it being a difficult market, but managed to find us a buyer and so we are very pleased. Sarah McCarthy was very helpful and did a great job getting everything over the line.

We recently sold our flat through Mishon Mackay, we went with them because they seemed really confident about our sale going through quickly, and although we had to drop our price they secured a serious buyer within days of us doing so. Their sales completion service was good - we didn't need to do much chasing ourselves. I'd definitely consider selling through them again, great team at Seven Dials.

In our opinion my partner and I agree that the staff in the Preston Park office of Brighton deserve every star of the 5 stars we are allowed to give. Namely Maria, Jordan, & Amie who worked tirelessly on our behalf throughout the introduction and occupation of our tenants in the Hanover area of Brighton. As we live abroad we needed to have a trustworthy and reliable support relationship to help with any issues that cropped up, we were not able to "pop" over to attend to things that a managing agency should be able to deal with. We were always kept informed quickly on any issues that might affect us. If you are a landlord and letting your property, or even thinking of letting, use the confidence of going with a 5 star agency for a truly excellent level of service. I have been a landlord with Mishon Mackay, Hove branch for over 10years. It is their people and exceptional service that make the remarkable difference between Real Estate Agencies. Mishon Mackay, Hove are professional, thorough, responsive and efficient to both myself and my long term tenant (8+years). All the staff that I have dealt with from the initial purchase to rental are genuinely passionate about and dedicated to, people and property; ensuring the best outcomes for all parties. The contractors/suppliers they use are excellent and productive too. Most recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with Amie Guirey, a likeable, resourceful and intelligent Property Manager. She is truly an asset to Mishon Mackay, having resolved all issues with this property promptly and actually 'thinking' about situations to not only resolve them but to sort it out properly the first time, thus ensuring it never happens again. I have been most impressed. I, and my tenant are very happy and both are important. As a landlord, you need long term tenants. I have been a landlord for many years with property in different regions and to date, Mishon Mackay have truly excelled compared to the other Real Estate Companies, and all done remotely as I reside overseas. Highly recommend. Amie is a delight to work with.

I just wanted to share our experience of buying a house earlier this year with Mishon Mackay. As is always the case with selling and buying houses, the process wasn't straightforward and there were unexpected issues that cropped up along the way, especially as we neared exchange - Having previously moved a handful of times, I can honestly say that this was the most stressful chain yet and were it not for the efforts of the Mishon Mackay team, especially Sarah McCarthy, I'm not sure we'd have made it. But we did and as a family we are genuinely so grateful to the whole Hove office for helping us move in to our dream home. From the first viewing of the house, through the negotiations handled professionally and transparently by Matthew and Steve and then towards exchange and completion, with the constant support of Sarah, the team gave a consistently first class service. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. Sarah, in particular kept us sane through the most stressful times so deserves special acknowledgement. Thank you so much!

The best estate agency I have ever encountered, I could not fault them. I had used another local estate agent to try and sell my house, and had been very disappointed with the lack of effort and knowledge. I changed to Mishon Mackay, what a revelation. They worked so hard, spoke to me every week, made me feel better when things were not going well, and I had complete confidence in them. I really cannot recommend them enough. If your estate agent isn't ringing you, checking every thing is ok, chasing prospective buyers on your behalf every week - change to Mishon, you won't regret it. I'm now trying to buy a house in another part of the country, and coming into contact with estate agents every day, and none of them can hold a candle to Mishon either!

Just wanted to say how amazing Mishon Mackay where with finding my Mum a beautiful flat. They where so kind and helpful with every step of the process, Chris Cottrell was especially on the ball and made sure we had all the support we needed. My mums not very computer savvy and they ensured it was as easily as possible for her. I felt I could call at any time to ask questions and nothing was too much trouble for him, he even managed to get a better price than the original asking price for us! I would use Mishon Mackay again, and highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy for a personal and thoughtful service. 5 star.

All of the team in the Seven Dials office were helpful and supportive throughout the sales process, keeping me well informed and being proactive at all stages. I would like to thank George and Chris in particular. They provided realistic advice and were particularly effective in getting from offer to exchange of contracts, working though a few issues along the way. I would highly recommend using them to sell your property.
