Landlord saw opportunity to squeeze as much out of us as possible to continue fleecing the next tenants no doubt. GoogleI bought my flat using Mishon Mackay 7 years ago as a ‘new build’ although my type of building wasn’t classed as a proper new build so never had new build warranty. False promises and now £40k down due to the entire walls needing to be rebuilt. Work is still ongoing and could cost more. This company focuses more on ensuring they have a close relationship with the crook development companies selling off these places at a high premium when materials used were not up to standard! Thus making people live in properties which are not fit for purpose.
