I have been truly impressed by Mishon Mackay and, in particular, Chelsea who was my primary contact. They were professional throughout the whole process and as a result the sale went through very smoothly. The service we have received from Mishon Mackay has been outstanding. From advising on pricing, arranging viewings to chasing solicitors the team at the Seven Dials branch have been brilliant. Our buyer's solicitor made the exchange process difficult but Alex, in particular, chased tirelessly on our behalf and ensured we were kept up-to-date on developments through a very fraught process chasing both our buyer and his solicitor. She has been incredible throughout and I doubt very much that we would have exchanged without her and Sam's commitment and professionalism. I cannot recommend Mishon Mackay highly enough.

Alexandra and the team could not have done any more for me. They gave me lots of viewings with feedback, took countless people to view. They got me offers and when one fell through I got another very quickly. If you are looking for the most professional and helpful agents then this is who to go with. I cannot fault them in any way and if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you all. :)

Overall I thought that Mishon Mackay were very good managing agents. I was a tenant in the same flat for 7 years. Repairs were done promptly and efficiently. They were always thoughtful, available and friendly. There was one occasion on which a somewhat urgent piece of work concerning a broken toilet needed to be done. MM were not prepared to authorise it without Landlord approval, but the landlord was unable to respond as she had important personal matters to attend to. I think this policy needs reviewing to allow for common sense. With the exception of this one occasion I think the MM service was excellent.

In a world of purple brick type cheaper estate agents we are really glad we chose to use an actual estate agent and not an online thing. As it turned out from what we thought would be a simple sale was anything but and it only went through due to the work done by Josh in the Kemptown branch. We choose Mishon Mackay as they gave the most reasonable valuation based on the market comparison and not overinflated for our ego. After 5 months of dealing with shoddy surveyors and useless solicitors we got pretty much our full asking price in the end.

I have been a tenant for 3 years and the service and support has been amazing. I suffered an accident during my tenancy that resulted in me being permanently disabled and they couldn’t have been more helpful and supporting. Especially Jordan who has helped me transition to a new tenancy and has taken care of everything including moving the deposit.All in all 5*

After careful consideration of 4 estate agents we were most impressed with Damien and his team in Portslade to sell our house. He seemed personable and also most likely to be easy to work with throughout the sale to completion. Damien (And his team) did not disappoint throughout the whole process, always getting in contact and resolving many situations that flared up particularly towards the end of completion with some tricky buyers. We are very thankful to Damien and the team and would certainly recommend to others and would certainly use them again.

Fantastic services from the entire team for the sale of my flat, and special thanks to Damien and Glenn who looked after the sale all the way through.From the initial meeting for valuation, Damien has really impressed us with his attention to details, and he worked very hard to understand our requirement and situation.We originally opted to have two agents representing our sale, as we thought that this would generate more viewings and attention from the market. But Damien’s team worked so much faster and harder, and communication with his team was much more efficient and easy. By the time the other agent sent us over the draft sales particular, Damien’s team already had conducted several viewings and offer negotiation had already started. This proved to us that we only needed one good agent, and we asked them to be our sole agent.As and when we encountered obstacles, Damien’s team offered great support, as well as providing straightforward and open talk/ advice to both ourselves and the buyer, to be able to move forward with the sale.Whilst maintaining their professional and courteous attitude, they also provided very personal and tailed services. I am very happy I have decided to go with them for the sale, and I would highly recommend using them to anyone who need to sell their place!

Amy Newman and Sarah McCarthy at the Hove branch were great. They kept us informed regularly through a very drawn out process which involved long periods of poor and sometimes no contact at all from our solicitors. They kept us sane by being the only people in touch with the whole chain who actually knew what was going on and frequently corrected our useless solicitors. Great service all round, highly recommended!
