We dealt with the landlord directly with repairs (who was also very prompt and reliable) so cannot comment on MM's handling of this element, but in terms of dealing with them as a letting agent and any queries re our contract etc I'd certainly recommend them and use them again. DO NOT PURCHASE NEW HOMES FROM MISHON MCKAY HOVE OR ENTER INTO ANY RESERVATION FEE AGREEMENTS. After misleading us over a new property which was being built 'car free' despite Mischon Mckay explicitly stating it had access to parking, they asked us to pay a £1,000 reservation fee. This is yet to be returned despite it coming to light the property was car-free over two weeks ago.

We have just completed on our first time buy via Mishon Mackay Hove, and Sarah and Amy were great at keeping me informed and doing their best to calm my stress levels during a series of delays caused by the top of the chain, outside their control. They were always quick to reply to my requests for updates and provided much needed reassurance on a number of occasions.
