TrustpilotGreat service
I have just completed on my first house purchase and while there weren't any major issues, Mishon Mackay (Kemptown) have been helpful throughout. Josh showed me round on the initial viewing and has assisted me with the purchase since, always being easy to contact via both phone and email. He has also gone the extra mile to check things out at the property while I have been unable to travel during the coronavirus lockdown.

TrustpilotExcellent service
Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Mishon Mackay Kemp Town branch in selling my late Mother's house: Branch manager Alexandra was very helpful and knowledgeable in advising us on putting the property on the market and the assigned Sales Negotiator Josh Pennycott was superb throughout. Always friendly and helpful in manner, Josh was really good at keeping us informed on key developments, advising us on how to respond and liaising with all of the other parties involved. At all times, he was calm, positive, resourceful and well-informed; he was also very quick to respond to queries and completely reliable in following up and reporting back. It's hard to imagine how anyone could have done better and we are very grateful for what he achieved for us.

TrustpilotQuick email responses
I've been tenant with Mishon Mackay agency almost 3 years now.On the beginning I wasn't very pleased. They had some communications problems, but this year is excellent.Jordan is always so polite and response for my emails in express time. One time he called me just to say thank you that he could pop in to my flat when I wasn't there. It was really nice of him. Lately I had many maintenance problems. I'm working 9-5 so I wasn't there when plumber come in. I messaged plumber for the update...no response, so I e-mailed Jordan. In a hour all my questions were answered.I moved many times using variety of agencies. So far this agency suits me the most. Thank you!

TrustpilotDELIGHTED with Skye services
I have been tenant with Mishon Mackay for almost two years and at the beginning I was a little bit disappointed and worried about raising any issue in the house with the previous agent that they had as she was not really grateful, however since that agent left and Skye became my new direct agent to contact to, she is always keen to help with any problem that I have and acting really professionally by solving it. I have just renewed the contract and she managed it so quick and even dealing positively with a small concern that I had. So I hope to be in the same house and with the same team for long, which it will mean that them and myself will be happy and comfortable
