After 8 weeks with a different estate agent, Mishon Mackay found us a buyer almost immediately, and at the asking price we wanted. They gave us great help and practical advice throughout the process, kept things together when we were gazumped, and we wouldn't have exchanged on time if they hadn't persistently chased down the other parties. My family and I have just completed on a house in Portslade; not a straight forward move from London with two new jobs to find and having another baby during the process. The Mishon Mackay team in Portslade led by Glenn Erdman made the whole process very easy; they were sympathetic to our situation and were very professional throughout the sale. If you’re tired of the smoke and mirrors that estate agents can dish out, I can highly recommend Mishon Mackay who were an honest and conscientious group to deal with.

I have just recently moved to Brighton and I bought my property through the Kemp Town branch of Mishon Mackay. I can't recommend them highly enough! Josh Pennycott was the sales negotiator and he really did go the extra mile for me. Professional, knowledgeable & friendly he steered me through the whole process. Branch Manager Alexandra Hearn too was brilliant. If you are buying or selling in the area go to these guys .. you won't go wrong.

After dealing with plenty of different estate agents while looking for our new home we were so lucky that Mishon Mackay were the agent for the home we ended up buying. Unlike others they are actually professional & easy to talk to - You dont feel like you are being sold to. Our Sale had its on tricky moments but Damien and the team where helpful and patient and fair - we got there in the end and we are very happy!

Was 5/5 in the past, all was well - until we started having property and tenancy kinks. It would be unfair to call Mishon Mackay like other agencies a "property" manager, as they are largely self serving lettings manager by default. This realisation came about when I realised that no contractor cleaning or repair visits were ever actually follow-up inspected and I am discovering sub-par workmanship across the property, having chanced the visit in between lettings. Too late to do anything about it now despite I was charged a rather premium rate for all the same. Agency is happy to organise such repairs with no particular conscious regard on cost-vs-quality either. It would be prudent to address such client approach, as well as a timely communication, and actions in all regards property management too.

Mishon Mackay have been the agents for my property purchase in Hove. From the first time I contacted their office, to view the property, I have been continually impressed by their professionalism, personal care and how easy they have made a complex process. Tom and Sarah, in particular, helped throughout the process and as representatives of Mishon Mackay have been exemplary. Any question no matter how difficult or minor has been responded to quickly, efficiently and with a great degree of professionalism and understanding of my needs. They have been great to go through this process with and I can't thank them enough for their support and understanding. I would fully recommend Mishon Mackay and although I am sure I will be happy in my home for many years, will certainly use them as agents should I ever come to sell.

As a tenant I found that Mishon Mackay to be excellent from day one. The staff are friendly and efficient, I even enjoyed my six monthly inspections. If anything at all went wrong (like the refrigerator packing up) it was dealt with very quickly even though they had to get clearance from my landlord, it was all handled in a timely way which I was grateful for. I tried my best to leave the flat as I had found it when I moved in and was given a full refund of my damage deposit.I can only hope that my new agent is as efficient.

Mishon Mackay and specifically Alex Rathbone handled our purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Brighton. Throughout the process Alex was always in communication with me, always available and happy to visit the property on my request (several times) and dealt with the negotiation and exchange in a thoroughly professional manner. The exchange was delayed but I always felt that Alex was in my corner and pushing on my behalf. On the very rare occasion she wasn't available, her colleagues stepped in and were also excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with Mishon MacKay and Alex in particular. Dump your preconceived ideas of Estate Agents, these guys were excellent - I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mishon Mackay have always been known as the go to Agents for property sales in the Hove Park area. Steve the branch director gave excellent advice and backed up by his team we sold our house relatively quickly in a difficult market. We found them to be very professional and would strongly recommend.
