I can highly recommend Chelsea at the Preston Park office. We had a bit of a roller coaster experience of selling our flat, so I feel that I experienced the two extremes of estate agents. We were badly let down by the first company we went on the market with, but I consider ourselves so lucky to have found Chelsea. She made sure we knew what was happening at all stages, and her calm and professionalism were really reassuring at the most stressful of times. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and definitely went above and beyond in trying to keep me sane throughout! Absolutely excellent service. Thanks so much Chelsea!!

Our third time of using Mishon in 9 years. Once again, the advice, service and care was excellent. Glenn and the team at Portslade office dealt with our transactions so efficiently, compassionately, shielding us from any stress or worries. As a commercial property business located some distance from Brighton, we need a highly competent local agency to deal with the residential tenancy ancillary to a convenience store. From initial marketing through letting, management, reporting to dealing with broader property related issues, Mishon Mackay have provided a cost effective and very professional service.

John the Sales Manager was professional and ever helpful whilst MJ was very good at putting me in touch with high quality local tradesmen to do inspections on the property before purchase.

We used Mishon Mackay to sell our home following our recent divorce. It has been an understandably difficult time so we can’t feel more grateful to them, especially Josh, for what has been a pleasant and smooth transaction. Absolutely fantastic service from Glenn in the Portslade office who found us our dream home! Quite a tricky transaction from start to finish as we found the property through him first and didn’t have our home on the market. Glenn explained the benefits of selling through Mishon Mackay if we wanted to buy through them and after his recommendation, we instructed the Hove office straight away. The Hove office were also great as they achieved us a great price, in a quick time, that we were really happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mishon Mackay as the agent to buy and sell through.

GoogleWhere to begin! Over valued house, lied to about our buyer who turned out to be a property developed and pulled out at the last minute. Sent admin staff round to show buyers round and other agents who had never seen the property. Very poor communication overall. I was told I would get feedback about these points but nothing. I can’t see how they offer any value over a much cheaper alternative. In a word, shocking. Please call if you wish to discuss.

GoogleJust wanted to say how amazing Mishon Mackay where with finding my Mum a beautiful flat. They where so kind and helpful with every step of the process, Chris Cottrell was especially on the ball and made sure we had all the support we needed. My mums not very computer savvy and they ensured it was as easily as possible for her. I felt I could call at any time to ask questions and nothing was too much trouble for him, he even managed to get a better price than the original asking price for us! I would use Mishon Mackay again, and highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy for a personal and thoughtful service. 5 star.

Mishon Mackay (portslade branch) are definitely one of the best agents in the area! Their sound knowledge, experience, professionalism and dedication for customer satisfaction has made the process of purchasing a property from them very stress-free! They are alway very quick to respond to any queries we may have and are always overseeing the whole transaction to ensure a quick completion. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their hard work, especially Glenn and Damien for allowing us to view the property on several occasions and helping us finally buy a house after many years of waiting. GoogleReally appalling customer service. They often do not reply to emails or call backs and they take constant nagging to get the smallest job done. Sometimes it doesn't get done at all. Avoid if possible.
