GoogleWe were shown a beautiful apartment by Jenny Hopkins and found her to be incredibly informative and friendly. We also really appreciated that she rang us back to keep us updated and informed. Highly recommend Mishon Mackay and hope Jenny is given proper recognition for her work.

From initial enquiry to eventual sale they have been very impressive.Started with Glen who really appeared to know the value and pitch it perfectly.Just before we launched lockdown hit. When contacting during lockdown Damien took it through to the end. He again was spot on, appearing to know just when to ask for a bit more and then once sale was agreed knew how hard to push to get over the line.Super slick and super service really recommend to anyone!

From the moment my property was first valued through every step of the sales process, I have found Mishon Mackay to be nothing less than excellent and professional. I originally dealt with Chelsea and then Drew in the Preston Park office and both were extremely courteous, efficient, calm and reliable; especially during Covid-19 and also when my buyer's chain collapsed twice. Unfortunately, there are one or two other aggressive agents who are trying to make their mark on the Brighton scene who give the industry a bad name but they are in complete contrast to Mishon Mackay who I would have no hesitation in recommending or using again. In fact, this is the second time I have used them after selling with the Seven Dials team three years ago who again were all very professional. Fantastic service all round.

Not all agents are equal. Some are good and some not so much, but this team at Mishon Mackay is fab. I have two rental properties, one of which I bought via Mishon Mackay. I really can't fault this agent. Jay on the sales team was superb and all those in the letting and management department provide an excellent service. Jordan, Maria and Skye deserve a special mention from me. They are so helpful and friendly it is frankly a pleasure to deal with them; and not to leave out Natasha and Gracie .... To all those mentioned, a big thank you from me!

We are currently renting our second property with Mishon Mackay. We have found that maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and effectively. The staff are helpful and friendly. We received the full deposit back on our first rental with them (when other letting agents may have found excuses to make deductions!). Would recommend!

Selling a house, with all that goes with it, is a testing time before you factor in COVID-19. We began the process in February before the country knew what was coming. Glen from the Portslade branch really took a lot of trouble and got the ball rolling immediately. He arranged a successful open house and two days later we had a confirmed sale which has continued to exchange/completion. He was very kind, friendly and efficient. During the lockdown Damien from the Portslade branch kept in regular telephone contact which was reassuring in the ‘vacuum’ that was lockdown. Thank you Mishon Mackay for your kind and efficient service.
