We was falsely informed about a property been told we would be suitable, went to view it was met by stuck up woman who looked us up and down and looked down her nose at us, she asked had we questions we had 3 and she knew answer to none.Filled in application and ready to pay holding fee, guy phonedfor card details and said what was name of guarentor and told him we had already been thru all this with office bird, he replied so you've no guarentor I said no he hung up on me. Wrote a complaint to their head office and got no reply. Why are workers in estate agents all stuck up and rude ? In their shiny suits and turned up shoes.

Mishon Mackay have been managing the rental of 5 apartments over the last 18 months or so. Their service is always professional with well informed advice delivered in an efficient and friendly way. Jay, Natasha and Maria can be singled out for their great service but whoever you speak to in the team performs to the same level. Most impressive this year are the two new lets agreed under Covid 19 regulations/shutdown that also included a check out and maintenance issues that were all sorted out in the usual efficient way!
