I bought my new house through the team at Portslade. At the viewing, they were informative, professional and personable. When making an offer, I felt they positioned us positively as buyers rather than simply submitting the figure proposed. During the contract negotiations, they have been prompt and transparent as well as understanding of the hurdles posed by Covid-19.I would certainly recommend Mishon Mackay to both buyers and sellers.

Great experience selling our house with Mishon Mackay. Damien kept us up to date (without being chased) at every step of the sale. He was informative and made what is potentially a stressful time, very smooth. He even reached out when he was on annual leave to ensure we were in the loop with latest info. (Thanks to Steve aswell) Will be recommending you to our friends in Sussex.

We could not have had a better service from Mishon Mackay. They were enthusiastic about the house from the start, gave realistic advice on pricing, got masses of viewings, and then handled the invitation for best and final offers really well when we had a number of offers at the asking price. The whole process could not have been easier and we found Beth and Mark extremely personable and helpful at all times. We highly recommend them.

Mishon Mackay were the selling agent for our recent property purchase in Hurstpierpoint. Beth was excellent, very engaging, knowledgeable and was keen to help us find the right home in the village. She was friendly and helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. On all the occasions we have dealt with Mishon Mackay they were extremely helpful and able to provide the answers we needed. However there were several occasions where we were unable to contact them by phone or there was a slow response by email. We appreciate that this is probably due to the volume of transactions at the moment but thought it was important to flag.

Mishon Mackay have managed my flat for over 8 years now and I have always felt it is in safe hands. Maria is always quick and efficient at dealing with any maintenance issues that come up either big or small as well as coming up with workable solutions. Selling with Mishon Mackay was an all round positive experience. From the point of having someone valuing the flat to completion, they were professional and helpful. Especially Chris, who went above and beyond, even more so when our first buyers pulled out. We didn’t feel alone at all in the process and he always called us and kept us up to date. Would highly recommend and would definitely be using them again!!

The lettings team are great, always quick to get new tenants in and good marketing. However the property manager Maria is rude and very unhelpful. You may get tenants but do not expect any back up or communication after that

I understand you have been a client of Mishon Mackay for a number of years and we are so sorry you feel you have been given anything but a 5 star service. We have investigated this and looked through the recent communication between you and Maria; I also note we didn’t fully manage your tenancy so our interaction and communication with regards to your property wasn’t regular. I’m afraid having looked though emails and notes, I’m not able to see where there has been a fall down in service, we would therefore be very keen to gain a better understanding of where you feel our service hasn’t met your expectations, whether recently or perhaps over time? Just exchanged on a flat with Mishon Mackay and found everyone I dealt with very professional, helpful and very friendly. They were always contactable and returned my endless calls and queries and kept up very good communications throughout the whole buying process. Viewed the flat just after lockdown was lifted and all viewing guidelines were adhered to so felt very safe in very uncertain times. Wonderful service - they made the whole process very easy and dare I say enjoyable!
