Rude staff ..lacks Customer

The reason I have given 2 stars is because of the staff. While Beth is lovely. I hesitate to call Brand and Vaughan ( and this I say on behalf of several people I have spoken to,who feel the same)..because of Molly. She is extremly rude and lacks customer skills, along with being unhelpful. We are customers/clients looking for a place. Letting agents need people like us to keep the business going so I dont see the need to be rude or intimidating. Hope Molly gets a taste of her own medicine.

When one buys a property a minor frustration is that the estate agent involved in the sale may have been the most hopeless of the 10 that you dealt with which is exactly what happened to me in 2012. The estate agent who handled the sale was gone during the legal shenanigans and his replacement left before it was complete, the 3rd guy didn't have a clue, none of them had a clue frankly, luckily the vendor and I pretty much drove the sale.By a happy contrast this time round Mishon Mackay were the best estate agent that I dealt with, I was happy they got the sale! Mark, Amy and Sue have been totally lovely to deal with throughout and have shown a lovely professionalism, shook up the legal process when it got a bit slow and generally have all been stars. In fact the original offer I made was not accepted but then the successful one hit a problem and they came back to me. So, I had experience of them dealing with an unsuccessful offer too and they took the time to explain everything to me at the time which frankly, most estate agents don't do. So, all in all, it was a great experience and I recommend them wholeheartedly. If I ever sell, I will instruct them for sure.

Beth was super lovely when we first met her for a viewing. She was super knowledgable about the property and so positive about it too. We liked her so much after having ours on the market for a while with another agent we switched to Mishon Mickay with Beth so she could try to sell our flat. Within a couple of weeks we had multiple viewings and offers (which was a huge surprise to us after months of nothing with our previous agent). We managed to sell and brought our new house with Beth too. She made everything so simple and would always be willing to give us frequent updates without having to call. Glenn and the team at 7 Dials did a great job helping us sell our two bedroom flat in central Brighton. In particular, we liked the way it was presented online with some excellent photographs and the professional way the open day and subsequent viewings were handled. Glenn helped us get a good price for the flat and during the subsequent process of moving the chain towards completion, he did a great job of keeping our buyer on-board and advising us on how best to deal with solicitors in order to complete as quickly as possible. I’ve used brand Vaughn for 10 years now on a few of my rentals and the service is always professional. Great communication about potential tenants and their situations, always great tenants with no issues and a smooth, reasonable transaction. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I never feel intimidated if I have a question to ask about a particular tenant that may concern me or general finance query.
