I rented a property in Brighton from Dec 2015 to Feb 2019. Maria from Mishon Mackay was prompt in replying to my emails. Everything went smoothly during my tenancy period. Years after I stopped being a tenant they were able to provide a reference for another property I am currently going to rent.

Mishon MacKay in Kemptown Brighton were wonderful to deal with when viewing and purchasing our new home by the sea. In particular, the service Brittany provided us was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded to telephone calls, emails and enquires promptly and efficiently. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful and thank you for making our house move as easy as it could be.

BrandVaughan let a flat for us in Hove. They have been our agents for many years originally know as Tanat Jones. My one concern is that when they organised the Electrical Certification review they used the same company who submitted the quotation for the work to be done. Surely it is possible to engage a professional consultant who solely does reviews and then engage electrical contractors to quote for the work required. This would ensure that owners have complete confidence in the process.Apart from that BrandVaughan showed their usual exceptional ability in churning the letting of our flat.

Absolutely terrible letting agents, I will avoid them like the plaugue in the future. After ending my tenancy they tried to sting me for cleaning costs for 400.00GBP!!!!!. The house was immaculate at the end of my tenancy, I was sadly conned out of a third of my deposit because of poor management who tell complete lies in order to keep your money. Avoid " Manager " ( I use the word loosely ) Kerri Standing at all costs. Vile unnapproacable and totally unprofessional. Utterly let down.
