My experience with Mishon Mackay has been great, the sales team at the seven dials branch worked really hard to get us through to exchange, as it turned out to be a very long process due to delays because of covid! Glenn communicated with me throughout the sale and provided updates, we are very pleased with the outcome. I certainly recommend Mishon Mackay to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks

My experience with Mishon Mackay has been not only pain free but enjoyable. As a first time buyer, there were several areas I required greater assistance with throughout the process and they were more than helpful in explaining the areas that needed greater insight. In particular, the agent assigned to my case, Glenn Erdman, has been a pleasure to work with, remaining professional and personable throughout the process. Cannot fault Damien and Holly at Mishon Mackay in Portslade at all. Throughout a two year process during a global pandemic, with one chain falling through before we finally succeeded, they have stuck with us throughout and remained positive, proactive and helpful - playing a key role in getting the sale/purchase across the line and offering all the support we could ask for and more. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else to sell your property in the West Hove/Portslade area, these guys give estate agency a good name and it was a pleasure to deal with them, almost sad it’s over!

Excellent pro-active service from Mishon Mackay Hove and Thomas in particular. Having seen several properties with them I made an offer on another property via a different agent. When the type of (difficult to find) property Thomas knew I would be interested in came on the market he followed up with me to see if I was still interested - which I wasn’t until my initial purchase fell through. I was then able to quickly view the flat I ended up buying and made an offer which was accepted. Throughout the process Mishon Mackay have offered a “joined up service” - even when Thomas was not available his colleagues were fully briefed and aware of the status. Overall a very smooth, professional service, highly recommended.

After moving into a property we unfortunately had several maintenance issue left from previous tenants. Maria was on hand to assist with resolving the issue in its entirety. Maria was extremely helpful and pleasant, providing regular updates and information on the actions taken and plans moving forward. Maria provided us with the best customer service in a friendly manner, which I absolutely cannot fault, she is a true asset to Mishon Mackay.

Dreadful. Poor administrative skills. Inefficient and unable to produce either a floorplan or access check which resulted in an unforseen expense to store, and reinstall furntiture through a first-floor sash window.

Please avoid Brighton and Hove branch. Terrible service, they do not reply to emails nor the phone. Their job is to con students out of money they don't have. If you are a student avoid this place. Disgraceful behaviour!
