I felt they really made the effort to understand the needs of my partner and I, and they went the extra mile to ensure we got the property we wanted. Once again Mishon Mackay have provided faultless service. From managing the end of a tenancy and check out to processing the new tenancy paperwork quickly and efficiently after the Lettings team found a new tenant, in a very short time with feedback on viewings and advice re marketing spot on.

Mishon Mackay were very good in dealing with our purchase, on the insistence of the seller they were sometimes a little too 'pushy' but as they explained they were put in a difficult position. This didn't stop the sale going through very quickly thanks to their efforts and they were always very courteous and helpful. A very positive experience thanks to the Mishon's team.

I have been using Mishon Mackay for the sale, and purchase of properties and also recently even obtained a rental property from them as we recently sold our property in Hove.I have been dealing with their renting team since six months and had to also deal with their maintenance team as we had few issues with our rental property. I would like to say I was highly impressed with Sarah as she is so efficient, professional and caring whenever I have contact her I am pleased to say she was very efficient always and I would like to give them 5 star rating and would like to recommend to anyone who is looking to rent their property they should use them or wanting to rent they are the best guys around Sussex. Once again I would like thank Sarah and team as all my issues would fixed in a speedy manner. 5 out 5.

Not the easiest or the most straightforward of house moves, but Beth and her colleagues were always there at the end of the phone and went out of their way to keep me informed, from placing the offer to completion. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Within a very short amount of time not only had they found the perfect tenant for my flat they had even scheduled a moving in date far sooner than I had anticipated. George and his team at Mishon Mackay were great to have as agents to sell our home. They guided us through the market process, managed a successful open day where they achieved offers exceeding our asking price. Just two months (a time span during which we also experienced Covid-19 movement restrictions and Xmas) was all it took to move from acceptance of offer to contract exchange. We cannot recommend this agency highly enough.

GoogleThey have been absolutely incompetent since the beginning. Any repairs and maintenance needed during our tenancy had to be communicated multiple times with some matters such as a window that would not close in the middle of the winter, taking 6 months to deal with. We had to keep in contact with the landlord even though they were managing agents so we can make sure that things were communicated properly. When we had viewings in our apartment after the second lockdown the agent was not even wearing a mask even though we had made a big deal about it. Every communication was a dreadful prelonged nightmare with constant delays, miscommunications and always ending up with the cheapest solution possible only for the same problems to arise again as they it was not dealt with professionally.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you for providing more information about your experience with Mishon Mackay during your 2.5 year tenancy. Looking back at the property notes I can see that all small maintenance was dealt with promptly and without any real delay, we are of course reliant on landlord approval for works but again I can’t see any delays on the landlords behalf either. The most recent maintenance (the leak) was reported over the Christmas period, this was repaired within 24hrs from reported and the contractor returned after the festive seasons for a more permanent repair. The managing agents and freeholders of the building were involved with the repairs to the window back in 2019, so the time frame and action taken was out of our hands a little. I would like to apologise that you feel you haven’t received the level of service that you would have hoped, but we hope this didn’t affect your tenancy too much. Thank you for your feedback.

This is the second time I have used Mishon Mackay (Kemptown) to sell my property. Josh just instills the greatest confidence. He knows exactly what he is doing, and is so lovely to work with. His valuation was spot on, his communication excellent.Always on hand, giving excellent feedback on viewings and seeing through sales with such professionalism. My property was marketed perfectly, a quality buyer found swiftly and the sale has been seen through with every attention to detail.I cannot recommend them highly enough, and Josh certainly is a massive asset to any house sale.

Called about a studio they advertise. Got an apointment for a viewing. Then as soon as I told him I am on UC due to a health issue (cancer, which I did mention) he says to me 'the landlord is looking for a tenant working full time' , and so he cancels the apointment just like that. BrandVaughan Hove that's DSS discrimination right there.
