Mishon Mackay Lettings have always done an outstanding job for us. We had 2 flats in Hove for a period of 8 years and, as to be expected, encountered several problems along the way. After using another Estate Agent without selling my property I switched to Mishon’s and have not looked back. The staff have been wonderful, particularly Oliver Sumners, and I was given timely updates. The property is now under offer and progress reports have been a breath of fresh air.

Great experience with a lovely team. Online referencing and confirming identity etc with uploading all my documents was super straightforward and fast and I'm old fashioned and normally prefer paper! Swift work overall. I was worried i wouldn't be able to find a nice place with an understanding landlord that would accept my gorgeous little dog but they found me the perfect place within a month of registering with them. Over the moon!

I have rented for many years and have invariably had poor service from both letting agents and landlords. But renting my flat through Mishon Mackay was a genuinely - and surprisingly - pleasant experience. They were very responsive and fixed any issues (a mouldy wall and a broken heater) quickly and without questioning me. They were very helpful when I needed flexibility around ending my contract date, and were friendly and helpful on the phone. I would definitely use them again if renting in future.
