The entire team was really helpful and took the time to know what kind of property I was looking for, and would follow up after each visit to find out my thoughts. All in all, good at working with potential tenants, which is NOT always the case.

TrustpilotI am a student from Greece
I am a student from Greece, trying to find an apartment for my second year of studies in the UK. Due to the pandemic, I could not be in the UK this period, making it even harder for me, especially the month before I arrive in the country. Mishon Mackay, and their agent that helped me, Jenny Hopkins, was as kind as she can be, helpful, willing and fast with every step. They really made it easy for me and I am thankful.Regards,George

TrustpilotA big thank you to Glenn and the team
Mishon from the initial contact to the sale and beyond were excellent. We were looked after by Glenn Erdman who is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was proactive with communications and keeping n touch, has very good interpersonal skills and is expert in what he does. He's also very good listener! Other members of the team were also a pleasure to deal with including Gorge and Tom (from the sister office)
Hi AlanThank you very much indeed for such a great review. What I particularly like is that you have highlighted the co-operation between our branches and how this can help to facilitate a sale, one of our biggest strengths is our network of offices and how well the guys work together. TrustpilotMishon Mackay, my chosen letting agents.
My relationship with Mishon Mackay as my chosen letting agent for my Brighton flat started over 10 years ago and I wouldn’t think of changing. The help and advice I receive is fantastic and any problems (there are bound to be some when letting, it’s par for the course) are easily resolved with the vast experience all the team have. Maria seems to know everything maintenance-wise and is so helpful, and Jay and Natasha make finding new tenants and seeing the whole process through as stressless as possible. I thank them all.

Easy to work with, someone is always available at the end of the phone. They did lots of chasing for me regarding speeding up the seller. A lovely welcome pack was provided when I completed, which was a nice touch.

TrustpilotMaria’s help and support was invaluable !
Maria helped me resolve an issue rebuilding a very long and tall garden wall. There were many issues regarding who’s responsible for payment and Maria went above and beyond what she’s expected to do. Without her help I would have really struggled to get this done. She was a massive support for me and was always there and willing to do whatever she could to help. It was a long process, Maria stuck with me to the finish and finally we got there. The wall is complete , the right people contributed financially and Maria did all the dealings with the neighbours management company and the builders. The wall now looks fantastic and I’m extremely happy. Thank you so much Maria, you’re a god send .
