GoogleWe used Mishon Mackay for the sale of my elderly mums flat, when she went into residential care. Oliver Spackman (and his colleagues) were excellent throughout the entire process. I liked him immediately on his first visit to do a valuation. He was honest, practical, helpful, proactive and is very experienced in the real estate business , so we felt we were in safe hands at all times. He kept us updated regularly, carried out all of the instructions I requested to the letter, efficiently and professionally , but also with genuine consideration and care for us as people, not just as a business 'transaction' I would highly recommend him, and his team, to anyone looking to sell, (or buy/rent) a property. You won't be disappointed

Relying on Goodlord, to do your references. Details, can't be transferred, if your first application is changed, because previous tenants, decide to move back in. Have to go through whole process, yet again, with new landlord, and Goodlord. I don't rely on all the positive feedback, you need to read negative, just as much. We'll probably lose our holding deposit! Plus, now that they are shared with Mishon Mackay, and Michael Jones Letting, probably, these have similar issues!!! The details, we sent you, haven't changed. I'm sure that the details, could've been transferred. And, reading the new tenancy agreement, no pets are allowed. If we have lost our holding deposit, then it seems that you can't keep your agreements, and return the funds.

Do not rent with this company! They will just sit on your deposit when you move out!My partner has been waiting for over a month for them to decide on the amount of the deduction, and the amount they are trying to take is ridiculous. Their inventory check is inconsistent and unfair.The check-in inventory only had vague, distant photos, with no detailed pictures of critical areas like the inside of the fridge, the garage, or the entrance door. However, the check-out inventory was extremely detailed, clearly aimed at justifying unreasonable deductions.For instance, they are deducting money for a house number door sticker, claiming it caused damage to the door. This sticker was always there and did not cause any damage.I don't want this review to be too long, so I won't go into all the details, but they are claiming almost half of the deposit. I have never experienced, nor heard of, anyone having to wait this long for the process to be completed, especially with such unfair treatment.Avoid this agency if you value your deposit and a fair rental process.CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS! Everyone had the same problem with them.

GoogleEstate agents forget that a buyer may one day become a seller. Unfortunately, for Mishon Mackay if they were the only estate agent available in the area I would simply choose not to sell my property. If I can sum up my experience in one word it would be disorganised. Mixed up viewings timings on more than one occasion, arrived late on more than one occasion, used the excuse of the seller's occupation for a serious delays in the conveyancing process on more than one occasion and became unpleasant over the phone one more than one occasion. The experience with Mishon Mackay made me realise why people do not trust estate agents. It got to the point where I needed them to put everything in writing over email and refused to pick up the phone to them. I wanted to pull out of my purchase at least 5 times and it if it wasn't for their constant false reassurances by them I would have. On completion, I did not receive all the keys and the seller had left a large item in the property even though exchange was 4 weeks prior. Buying your first home should be exciting and all the joy and happiness I had was lost whilst buying a property from Mishon Mackay.

GoogleMoving home can be a roller coaster. I'm so thankful I had Dee by my side during the ride - it made selling my home much more bearable - even enjoyable at times! I've dealt with many estate agents but the service and support offered by Dee and the lovely team at Mishon Mackay Brighton was exceptional. From the onset I knew I was in safe, capable hands. Dee is friendly, professional and excels at her job, treating her clients with the attention and care necessary during a home move. If I were to buy or sell a home again, Dee would be my first choice!

GoogleUpfront I want to admit I have a healthy skepticism of real estate agents. I dealt with George Wayne at Mishon Mackay Brighton and had a great experience, I highly recommend him and the team in the office. The selling process in the UK is a nightmare of arcane and mostly pointless conveyancing (compared to my experiences in Australia and the USA buying and selling multiple properties). George wadded through it with good humor and professionalism the whole time, including putting up with me ranting how ridiculous and pointless the solicitors were, going back and forth for three and a half months over basically nothing. Thanks again to the team at Mishon Mackay.

I had rented through BV for years and then went to another agent to sell - which was a big mistake, as I had to come back to BV to get the sale. Through the teams diligence, hard work and perseverance we got the flat sale completed within 2 months from the offer being accepted, which was super fast. Couldn't recommend highly enough.,

So far the experience was great. Natasha Brill conducted the viewing and was very helpful and efficient. She told us all the information we needed and answered all the questions we had. She was very friendly and approachable. We have just secured a house therefore cannot give more information on the agency itself nor the property however so far it has been good.
