GoogleMy dealings with M&B so far have been pretty decent. Especially now I have a direct contact there (Holly). I have found Holly to be responsive efficient and polite. She also doesn't patronise which has been my wider experience with letting agents. I hope she stays!!

GoogleIv recently moved into a property through Minors and Brady and theyve been very helpful. I had Brooklyn Smith handling my move and he was very helpful - helped move things along quickly, kept me informed with how things were going and made sure to get back to me with any questions I might have. Very helpful.

GoogleCan I give a big shout-out to Holly at your Oulton Broad premises. She is very sympathetic and understanding of an issue which has cropped up at my home that I rent from you. Questions I have asked have been answered promptly. Her asking if there is anyway she can make the ‘issue’ better, makes me feel that I am treated as a ‘person’ and not just a number. GoogleToday my partner and I went to view a property in Caister-on-sea. Loved the property and location. Conner showed us around and was extremely helpful. I personally would be grateful if in the future we continue working with him. He’s an asset to the company.

GoogleAfter using an estate agent who was pretty close to useless , we choose to go with miners and grady after having them recommended to us , Connie from miners and grady has been helping me and my brother with that sale of our mums bungalow , and she has been so helpful , replying very quickly to all emails I have sent , calling us regularly to update us with viewings etc , and Connie is also very lovely to talk to and spends time answering any questions we have , I would definitely recommend

GoogleWe’ve recently sold our flat and bought our first house through Minors and Brady. We cannot fault the estate agents, they made the process run smoothly. A special thankyou to Aysegul and Connie who were especially helpful. Aysegul always went above and beyond and constantly chased solicitors etc. She was absolutely amazing!

From the beginning, the team have been professional, friendly and helpful, and communication has always been clear. We’ve particularly appreciated how responsive they’ve been when arranging viewings, following up with applicants and keeping us updated on feedback and offers. They’ve also been very accommodating when it came to changes in our marketing strategy and price range, and we’ve always felt that our views were listened to and taken seriously. GoogleOutstanding service from Minors & Brady Wroxham - we should have gone to them from the start. We switched from another agent after struggling to get the traction we needed to secure an onward purchase we loved. After an honest conversation with Daryl Long, he put a strategy-to-win in place and the team acted fast: we were live within three days, and within a week we were proceedable and had secured our onward property. Abi McIntosh, who was proactive and lovely to speak to, got us up and running with completing our chain and getting everyone moving with solicitors and the next steps. Professional, proactive and genuinely switched-on throughout, with marketing and customer service to a far superior standard than what we’d had before. Highly recommended.

GoogleI've dealt with M&B previously and, being completely honest, my experience wasn't the best, however, more recently I've been working with Samuel S-D in the Lettings Department and he has been excellent throughout. Samuel has kept me fully informed at every stage, shown great initiative in dealing with management matters independently where appropriate, and provided clear, detailed updates along the way. His communication, professionalism and proactive approach have made a real difference. I would highly recommend Samuel and would be more than happy to work with him again in the future.
