Outstanding service from Minors & Brady Wroxham - we should have gone to them from the start. We switched from another agent after struggling to get the traction we needed to secure an onward purchase we loved. After an honest conversation with Daryl Long, he put a strategy-to-win in place and the team acted fast: we were live within three days, and within a week we were proceedable and had secured our onward property. Abi McIntosh, who was proactive and lovely to speak to, got us up and running with completing our chain and getting everyone moving with solicitors and the next steps. Professional, proactive and genuinely switched-on throughout, with marketing and customer service to a far superior standard than what we’d had before. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of meeting Josh who was tasked with helping us look around a fabulous property in Mattishall. He was extremely professional and at the same time enjoyable company with a friendly and knowledgeable disposition. He is obviously very good at thinking on his feet as before we arrived he had to wake up two teenage boys, tidy their rooms and relocate them to his car whilst we undertook the viewing together. Unfortunately we believe the property to be overpriced despite the very high quality renovation.

Finally, a company who understands customer service! We had a bad experience with an our previous management company (major UK name) - constantly had to chase them for information and wait days for a response. The opposite is true of Minors and Brady. Sam Burton gave us regular updates on the letting status, answered all our questions the same day, and gave us complete confidence in the process.
