We recently viewed a house and had our offer accepted. Hannah Graver couldn't have been any more accommodating. She was so friendly and helpful. She had taken note of our questions and got back to us with answers promptly. Nothing was a problem and she reminded us that absolutely anything we needed, be it extra viewings or any more information about the house, just to call her and she would sort it all. She is a star!

Due to a bereavement of an elderly parent where we were appointed as executors of the estate we were in a delicate place. Minors and Brady's staff recognised this and gave nothing but kind, gentle and professional support through out the sale of a long held family property. Caroline Larke who dealt with the selling took the case from the price negotiations to completion perfectly supportive , understanding and professional in all aspects - thank you Caroline . Also all of her colleagues when involved gave an excellent service. Curtis Pointin the valuer was also invaluable in all his areas of expertise. Minors and Brady are estate agents we would highly recommend - they are in a different world to the dark images used for estate agents.

People and technology combined well in a positive process taking my enquiry and booking my viewings. Melonie met me at the first property,she quickly understood what I was looking for. Telling me ‘real life’ examples when explaining the information assured me of her knowledge and experience and has given me the confidence to buy. The stand out difference is her interest in finding the right property for me and I firmly believe she will. I won’t be buying without her approval !! Very pleased with the professional and curteous service from the whole team at Minors and Brady. I had to sell a property which was a three hour drive from where I live, so there were extra complications. M&B really stepped up and went above and beyond to make the sale happen. Found a buyer very quickly and helped me with selecting and engaging a local solicitor as well. Jessica Kemp was instrumental with pulling the final pieces of the puzzle together.

I had to push my viewing back half an hour due to train delays and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and understanding about it. I arrived at the house to be greeted by Joseph who was also very friendly and polite, despite the delay. It was a very professional viewing where he made sure I saw all parts of the house. He answered all my questions including the demographics of the area which is important to me and even the direction in which I could get back to the train station 😄 It was a really positive experience compared to some I've had with other agents. Really well done.

Excellent estate agents Cheryl dealt with the sale of my houseIn Jan 24 my mother died feb24 my house sold with in days my father in law was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer Cheryl doubt with my case and she was absolute star if you want to use an estate agents I would advise using Minors and brady at Caister. Excellent service and got me the price I want from start to finish she dealt with it herself giving me less stress.

I've got to say, as a First Time Buyer this was a some what nerve wracking experience. HOWEVER! Jessica in the Aftersales team was a lifesaver. Connor was Awesome - arranged for addition viewing and measurement appointments during the process. Back to the aftersales, this is the best thing I've ever experienced - as I can't get info from the sellers or the sellers conveyancers - but Jess can - she was a godsend and a lifeline! M&B - invest in this team - you may not know how amazing this is for a FTB :) Have an awesome summer all and see you soon for the keys! :) (p.s. we completed last Friday! Yey!) (p.p.s Thanks Hannah for your patience when we had that rushed 3rd measurement session <3)

Great viewings team, with good knowledge of the area, left a trustworthy impression Have been shown around many properties by Melanie I believe her name was over the past few months, always turnes up on time and as I am buying from London she gave me good directions and insight into the area I was buying in.Really top drawer and holds this estate agent to a high standard in comparison to others in the area that were late, booked me into the wrong property to view, and on viewings I have caught out reps with simple questions about the property etc. none of that with Minors and Brady.Thanks team,Jack
