GoogleHannah has shown my mother and I around a couple of properties and has been very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about each property. She hasn’t pressured us at all and has made our experience finding a home as stress free as possible, would highly recommend Hannah, she is a great asset to minors and Brady.

GoogleToday we viewed a property with Hannah from the estate agents. The property was as explained in the advert and we were so pleased too be shown around by Hannah who was extremely professional in how she welcomed us and gave us the detailed tour of the property. This for me is very important as it reflects the company image. Having now put an offer in place I have too say that all at minor and Brady have treated us with pure professionalism and a courteous manor. GoogleFound them to be responsive and very professional from the first call to keeping me informed. I would like to say a big thank you to Hannah Graver, who carried out the viewing. Hannah was waiting at the door to the property and gave me and my wife a very professional and warm welcome. Invited us in and allowed us to walk round and answered questions fully and advised us what to do where she did not know the answer. Hannah gave us a full tour of the property and gave a very good commentary including pointing out how she loved the fact that all storage cupboards had a light in. My wife loved this fact. Jake who came to do our appraisal was professional, friendly and not at all pushy and Brook has been great with communications. Also our photographer (who's name I cannot remember) was very considerate of our home, we didn't feel he was intrusive at all and he has made it look great! FacebookI have recently sold my house subject to contract and whilst interest was initially slow as soon as Mia from the Caister branch got involved everything improved dramatically she came to the house on the day of a couple of viewings earlier than the appointments to familiarise her self and was marvellous when conducting the viewings, her enthusiasm and professionalism shone through, we received three offers within the same day I can only say it was probably the best house sale experience I have been involved in and would thoroughly recommend the company but most of all Mia.

GoogleOur house move was a challenge to say the least. The market being what it is currently meant that there was a huge pressure to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended. We lost buyers for varied reasons and our chain almost collapsed again 6 months on and the day we were due to exchange. The team at M&B were very professional. Listening to our wishes and keeping us informed. I want to specially mention Dan and Chloe for going above and beyond to attempt hold the chain together and allay our concerns. The stress was monumental but we got there. Chloe especially, has meant that if I ever need to move again (not bloody likely) I wouldn't hesitate to use M&B again.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMinors and Brady have a refreshing modern style as estate agents and it was not long before we had an offer on our property.We had weekly updates and I could ring up and speak to anyone regarding the sale, and not have to wait for a return call for the 'one person' dealing with it, as many traditional estate agents operate. When we accepted an offer for our property we were then in the care of the conveyancing team.Sarah became our 'go-between'. It was a very protracted transaction with very little response from the other professional bodies involved. Sarah kept us up to date as best she could even on moving day as it was a 'SIM' transaction in the end.Without Sarah's input I think we would still be waiting to move.
