GoogleWe are pleased with the process of looking for the property with Minors and Brady in Lowestoft. We were able to book face-to-face appointment with their mortgage advisor, and their office staff are always polite on the phone. Luke, who was showing us to the houses had good knowledge not only of the properties themselves, but also current regulations and market trends.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleBungalow on the market with another estate agent for 3 weeks, 1 viewing and none of their promises came to anything. Then, switched to Minors & Brady. Property on the market for 3 days, 2 viewings on day one and offer made and accepted on day 3. Those facts speak for themselves. Tamsin was on the case from the word go and matched my property with a suitable buyer very quickly. It's good to work with people who know their job and do it so well. They'll be my first port of call if I'm in the market for a property again 👍

GoogleWe are still in the process of buying/selling but I would like to say that we have had excellent service from Minors and Brady. We had sold within hours but due to time wasters this fell through just as quickly. Tamsin and the team were quick to get us back on for viewings again and we sold within the week getting above the asking price and more than other agents valued the property for. They have kept in touch and ensured that the process of selling our property has been as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them. They were the only ones where the photos really did give you a good idea of what the property looked like. They certainly seem to know how the market works today, usually for sale signs are replaced very quickly with SSC signs .

GoogleWe have had fantastic service from the Lowestoft office over the past few days. Charlie was very efficient and polite in calling us early on the 1st working day after our 4 viewings and once our offer was on the table he called us back to explain everything and what we needed to do seeing as the vendor accepted. Our first contact was with Tamsin who arranged our viewings and also recommended a couple of properties to us (one of which we have purchased). Charlie went above and beyond to ensure we were able to view our properties as there was sickness in the office and he arranged for Lawrence who was based at one of the other offices to conduct our viewings bearing in mind we were travelling 120 miles to look at houses. Lawrence was friendly and knowledgeable in spite of the fact his speciality is lettings. Thanks to the Lowestoft office for all their help so far and look forward to dealing further with them as we complete the purchase of our property

Thank you Rosie & team for helping us get our new home! Would highly recommend to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMinors and Brady are a new Estate Agents in Lowestoft, but they have certainly made their mark on the market.A young go ahead company who thoughts are first and foremost for their clients. From the day I first contacted them they have been courteous and keeping me informed. Lewis was excellent during the viewings I could not have asked for better. My meeting with Charlie the branch manager was informative giving me good guidance. This company are heading to being the number 1 estate agents in LowestoftPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had a viewing with Luke this week and although the house wasn’t for us, he was able to answer any questions we had and didn’t put any pressure on us. The experience we have had with Minors and Brady has been very professional and helpful, and we look forward to dealing with them in the future when we are ready to take the next steps with our own house.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy husband and I have viewed many properties over the last few months and our viewings with Minors and Brady have always been well organised, they do their best to book mutually convenient viewing slots, allow time for the viewings so we haven’t felt rushed, and communicate well by email. We especially wanted to mention Luke, who had a very unpressurised natural way about showing us around, while remaining professional and efficient at all times. Well done.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe put our house up for sale with two estate agents and from the offset- the photographs, viewing process and communication was exceptionally better in comparison from Minors and Brady. We had viewings before our house had gone online and sold within a couple of weeks. Throughout the selling and buying process, Minors have kept in touch weekly if not more to keep us updated and at ease. Nothing has been too much trouble and we recommended them to friends who just sold their house in one day! Everyone who managed our sale, in particular Chloe Curtis has been friendly and professional and we are so thankful. We are so pleased to have sold with Minors and highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe sold our house with Minors and Brady very quickly. Will who took the photos was brilliant, Connor kept us in the loop the whole time about new houses coming to market and Tamsin and Mia were great and professional in the office. Tamsin showed us around a house and she was so professional and friendly. She made it comfortable and was very informative. Thank you for all your help! We will be using again in the future.

GoogleWow... We managed to sell our house within three weeks (could have been sooner if we had of been happy with offers) Before we had even gone on the market we had viewings lined up. Right from the very start the customer service was outstanding, the photo quality is definitely the best and they are all very much on the ball from the get go. I have had dealings with Charlie, Elliot and Tamzin and all of them are brilliant at what they do... Thank you Minors and Brady Lowestoft I would highly recommend your service x

GoogleWe had a viewing today of a property in Oulton Broad. GoogleJust sold and brought a property through the Lowestoft branch. I had my home up with another agent for four months with no luck. within two weeks with M&B I had sold for a price I was very happy with, many thanks to Tamsin for getting me the best deal possible and to the team for quality photos and advertisement. Having also just brought a property through themselves for again, a good deal, thanks to Charlie. I'm very happy with the levels of service and quality of the advertisements and would certainly recommend to anyone that needs to buy or sell. Many thanks

GoogleExcellent service from a very good team. Had some great photos done by their professional who I highly recommend. Within 3 weeks of posting a bid was accepted. Plenty of calls during this period, with the Minor's & Brady team being very helpful and plenty of feedback from them. Praise to Charlie Harkness for being very influential during the sale of the house. Altogether a very professional and good quality estate agents. Highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had a viewing with Hannah last weekend and were very impressed. She was friendly, professional, and helpful, she didn’t rush us and was happy to answer any questions we had. Every other member of staff we have dealt with since after submitting an offer (Tamsin and Ellen) have been equally as wonderful. Thanks so much!

GoogleI was dipping my toe in the water not sure if I wanted to move or not, worried about selling and then not being able to find my perfect place. Dan has been an absolute star (everyone I have dealt with has been great but Dan has stood out). On valuing my property he provided some great insight into the market but also understood I'm selling my home and there was no pressure. He gave me time to think but then gave me a heads up on the perfect house - I had goosebumps upon viewing and knew it had to be mine. So quickly got mine on the market and had an offer first person to view. The sales are still going through but I've been very impressed and have faith that the next steps will be supported and professional.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI recently viewed a property in the South Oulton Broad area, listed with Minors & Brady. From start to finish I was communicated with thoroughly and professionally. This included the viewing where Hannah showed us round said property and was very approachable and talkative throughout, providing information when required and answering any questions we had. Although we missed out on this property, she confirmed that she would keep us in the loop with any similar properties that were suitable for investment purposes.

GoogleSarah gave exemplary service in a professional manner. Communication was brilliant, and she always did what she said she would do. She made the closing process less stressful and for that I am very grateful. My property had been on the market for well over a year with another agency and I lost two sales so to have Minors and Brady sell within one day and nurse the whole process through to completion was fantastic. GoogleWould highly recommend Minors & Brady. Great communication from the team, very professional and so helpful. Within 2 weeks of having my house on the market my house was sold! Many thanks to them especially Charlie who made the process so less stressful than I feared. The updates I received from Tamsin were so helpful and she was so lovely, friendly but yet professional. If you are thinking of selling your property please, please consider this company you won't regret it!
