Very professional, friendly, healpful team. Lee in the office dealt with putting our house on the market and viewings he kept us well informed and updated every step of the way. They were amazingly fast at sorting out an advert and getting veiwings. Nothing was to much for them, honest advice and help us by putting us in contact with a mortgage advisor so we could make the right choice for us. Would highly recomend them and will use them again in the future.

Having used other estate agents recently without success, we instructed Minors and Brady. From the start Lee was very efficient, friendly and attentive. We had many more viewings and received feedback each time. Leading to a sale after just three weeks. Couldn’t be happier, wish I’d instructed Lee and the team first. Following on from our offer, James has been contacting the solicitors and giving regular updates, very helpful and polite at all times.

My partner and I had the massive learning curve of buying a house for the first time. Buying a house is not an easy process and even harder when it is your first time! Jamie Laville was our agent and whom was extremely helpful, patient and professional through the whole process start to finish. Jamie always made sure to contact on the same day of asking any questions and made sure to answer all our questions to the best of his ability. Thankyou Jamie for making a stressful experience that little bit easier.PositiveProfessionalism

Cassandra Creak at Minors & Brady dealt with our purchase and was very responsive and reactive to all activity through our chain. She was excellent at chasing those in the chain and solicitors as well making us all aware of how the purchase was progressing. She was the first to notify us of exchange even before our solicitor got in touch so very on the ball.PositiveResponsiveness

Today we had a viewing with Chloe and she was so professional and knowledgeable on the property. We've viewed a few properties recently with other agencies and Chloe really stood out as someone who really knew the property and key details. Chloe was friendly and really allowed us time to take the house in without rushing from room to room. So impressed with the service from Minors and Brady so far. 10/10

Recently completed our house purchase through Minors & Brady. They are head and shoulders above any other estate agent that I have experienced. Chloe at Minors & Brady was absolutely fantastic - we were at the bottom of a chain of properties and families which had to be lined up to move on the same day, and Chloe kept us well informed and updated throughout. Thank you so much for all your help!PositiveProfessionalism

We have just exchanged on our first house and I couldn't be happier with Minors and Brady. We dealt with Cass and she regularly kept us updated and was very helpful at all times, especially in the last week before exchange! I have noticed the photos that Minors and Brady take of properties is of much better quality than other agents, I find that a nice touch. Thankyou to Minors and Brady and especially Cass for getting us in our first home and escaping the rental market at last!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Minors and Brady have been top draw from the off with the sale of our property. We initially went to view a property to purchase through M&B with Connor Robinson, who was really supportive but most importantly was honest about our position as we weren't on the market. We discussed a valuation on our own property, along with getting other agents to do the same. Joe came over and was super polite, and very respectful, especially with Covid protocols. He was really informative, and gave us good details about the market and constructive feedback on our property. Connor answered all of my questions extremely well and I felt confident that I could trust him and the team to sell my property in the right way. He managed me, and buyers really well. He's gone above and beyond to support us in finding a property, taking calls late in the evenings, at weekends and generally being there to answer whatever questions I have. He has also helped us with our onward purchase by sharing his expertise abiut property on the market. Everyone at M&B has been brilliant. We're now in the after sales process and I feel positive that everything is in hand. These guys are good quality, not pushy at all and there for you whether you are buying or selling. Definitely get in touch with them Update - we've now exchanged on our property, and as per our experience so far the afters ales team have been brilliant. Chloe is really motivated to get stuff done for her customers and the benefit of the entire chain.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
