GoogleCan not praise enough the help given by Chloe Curtis - she was kind, friendly and pushed through the purchase of my new house, on a daily basis. The process was a lot longer than any of us involved could have ever imagined! Chloe showed good communication along the way, giving regular updates, advice and offering help where I never expected it!! Chloe is definitely an after sales advisor that goes that EXTRA mile to keep her clients happy and get the results she deserves!! Would ALWAYS be very happy to recommend her - she is a credit to Minors & Brady. THANK YOU CHLOE!!! :-)

GoogleI have sold my house through Minors and Brady and following an offer being accepted we were put in touch with Sarah in the after sales team. I have to say she has been totally brilliant. She has kept us constantly updated, cajoled, badgered and encouraged when required and her common sense and professionalism has been a major factor in us getting to the stage of having contracts today. Thank you Sarah and the rest of the team for a brilliant job.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOur first house move and so happy to have used Minors and Brady. There have been a lot of obstacles at each stage of the process but the brilliant Chloe has kept us extremely well informed with constant and informative communication all the way through, even during times when other parties such as our solicitor should have let us know what was going on she let us know first. Chloe clearly worked extremely hard, particularly in the latter stages to make a difficult process seem as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend the services of Minors and Brady for anyone looking to move, buy or rent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleReliable and honest support. During our purchase through Minors and Brady we were allocated to a very supportive sales progressor called Cass. She returned every call, answered every question, and truly kept us updated and on track. We couldn’t be more grateful for her energy, understanding, integrity and commitment. Based on our excellent experience with her I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to other buyers.

GoogleMinors and Brady valued my property higher than other estate agents and although the others said that the amount was unachievable, they were able to find me a buyer at their valuation price within a week of the property going on the market. The photos of the property taken by Minors and Brady were way better quality than the other estate agent i decided to go with, the photographer dressed the rooms how he thought that they would look best and did a really great job. Chloe in the aftersales team has been fantastically helpful all the way through the process and has kept me updated. Thank you to all involved at M&B for all of your hard work.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI’ve found Minors & Brady an excellent estate agent. They’re always bright and cheerful on the phone and during viewings!
To be specific, I’ve been working with Sarah Short and she’s been so helpful in getting my property purchase over the line. It’s been a very complicated process for reasons out of our control but she’s been helpful and informative every step of the way. Keeping me in the loop and also being personable and understanding too. It’s been a long process but we’re near the end and I’m glad I had Sarah as my sales progressor!

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with Minors and Brady throughout the entire process of my recent sale and purchase. Lee was exceptional during the initial marketing stage, Brooke was then equally as great offering advice in optimising the marketing strategy, and last but certainly not least, Emma was absolutely great in guiding me through the after sales process and keeping me informed with regular updates. Overall very happy with the service.

GoogleWe have had a great experience using Minors & Brady for the sale of our property. They were professional, with a modern approach and worked hard for us as their customer. Charlie G was great at getting our sale agreed and set up with solicitors and Emma Atkin was fab taking over the after-sales reigns and seeing us smoothly through to exchange and always made sure she called us back, even if outside office hours. Thank you M&B!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We had Scott O'Neill dealing with our after sales who dealt with everything in a very efficient and professional manner.
He always kept us well informed with progress and worked hard keeping everything moving.
Curtis from Dereham office also did a great job with the appraisal and Dan too was very helpful.
The whole team are always positive and happy to help.

GoogleFrom the initial contact on through to completion the staff at Minors & Brady have been excellent. I was particularly impressed with their after sales support. Sarah Short provided regular updates on the progress of the sale. She went out of her way on several occasions to help resolve issues that would have otherwise delayed the exchange and completion of the sale.
If we ever need to buy or sell property again we will definitely contact Minors & BradyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom start to finish, Minors & Brady Estate Agents were the most professional and best value for us compared to other Estate Agents in the area.
Once the house was marketed it sold within 24hours and then the after sales team at Wroxham took over and Brooke was assigned to our sale. She provided excellent customer service and quickly and efficiently answered our questions and made contact with all parties speedily. She kept us informed at all times.
I would highly recommend them if you’re thinking of moving home. They are a motivated agent who are passionate about what they do and have your best interests at heart.

GoogleMinors & Brady have been a pleasure to deal with. From Joe valuing the property right through to Jamie helping us complete the sale. Jamie went above and beyond what we expected making sure our needs were met and within our timescale. Jamie’s regular contact was reassuring and definitely made the whole process less stressful. Going out of his way to get updates from everyone in the chain and solicitors, he really did his best for us and we are incredibly grateful. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with Minors And Brady from start to finish. The communication and professionalism has been excellent throughout. I would like to make a special mention to Sarah Short who is part of the after sale team as she was instrumental in resolving the latter stages of my rather complicated sale. Sarah always returned my calls and responded to emails promptly. Sarah went above and beyond and way extremely helpful. I genuinely do not believe I would have completed in the time scales had it not been for her intervention and handling of the last stages of the transaction. I would recommend anyone use Minors and Brady as the service is outstanding.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOur experience of buying a house through Minors and Brady has been positive throughout. Once a price had been agreed the "after sale" service from Chloe has been consistently excellent. She has shown herself to be a caring person, whilst being a good listener. When we have raised an issue she has been quick to liaise with the vendor and come back to us promptly. It has been a stress-free experience for which we are very grateful to Chloe in particular.
