GoogleMinors and brady have been amazing throughout the sale and purchase of my properties. The chain in the sale of my property broke when we were almost ready to hand over. Minors and brady reacted very quickly giving professional advice and managed to resell my property in under a week for an increased price. This wouldn't of been possible without the advice and hard work from Liam Kevern....strongly recommend the team and this individual. Thanks again :)

GoogleWe have just completed our sale and Sarah Short, the sales progressor from Minors and Brady in Dereham helped us complete quicker with her intervention between both sets of solicitors when it started to stall. GoogleIt’s been a tortuous seven months, but we got there in the end. Cass has been the superb at keeping things moving, though various crises with a very friendly and cheerful manner. GoogleI have had a great, hassle free experience buying my first property through Minors and Brady. A big thank you to Scott in sales progression who would contact me regularly with updates and was constantly checking in with both mine and the vendors solicitors (completely unprompted). My parents house sale was also being progressed through a different estate agents and they were often complaining about how they couldn’t get a call back/ email back from their sales progression. In contrast, my calls and emails were always replied to really quickly. Scott always conducts himself in a friendly and professional manner even when he was understandably exceedingly busy towards the end of the stamp duty holiday. Even though I was probably one of the smaller clients on their base and exempt from the stamp duty holiday timescales, I was still updated throughout this time frame and not forgotten about. I wouldn’t hesitate to use minors and Brady when I come to sell in the futurePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe bought a house being sold by Minors and Brady. They made the whole process easy and effortless. James (our Sales Progressor) kept us updated with frequent calls and emails and was always available to take calls and get answers to our queries. Lots of back and forth during this stage and we felt he handed them very quickly and professionally. We were then passed on to Cass for completion and again couldn't fault the service she provided. We had weekly updates on how the sale was progressing towards completion of contracts and if needed could always get her on the phone. I chose Minors & Brady as they had recently sold 2 properties similar to mine in the same area. They did not disappoint! This is a professional agent from start to finish. Regular and full communication from Caitlin meant that I always knew where I was in the process; she clearly understands the needs of sellers and the importance of professional communication. Her professionalism and pleasant manner typifies the many staff I dealt with from valuation (brilliant Curtis!) to Caitlin who provided the post-offer service. I would certainly use this agent again and highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling. I have never been a fan of estate agents but am a definite convert now I've used Minors & Brady!
