GoogleVery happy with Minors & Brady, the sales team are very friendly and genuine. The listing was great with excellent photos and Rosie in after sales has been an absolute godsend in helping with solicitors and the upper/lower chains, whatever they're paying her it's not enough for the work she puts in!

GoogleExtra special thanks to Rosie Turley in the Norwich branch for all of your help & support! We had a great experience with Minors & Brady, who sold our house very quickly and secured an offer above our asking price. We initially chose Minors & Brady as the agent (Daryl Long) who came to do the market appraisal was very knowledgeable and gave really good, clear information about the property, local area and rationale for the proposed asking price. This gave us reassurance that our sale would be in good hands. The property was listed very quickly with viewings arranged even prior to the listing going live. The whole process was very smooth, all of the team are very friendly and responsive and kept us updated at each step of the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe can't thank Rosie enough for her professional and timely help with our house purchase. As a first time buyer we had many questions and concerns along the way, but Rosie was always punctual with her response and put any worries at rest. Any communication with Rosie felt honest and genuine, which has been greatly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone :) thank you!

GoogleOur relationship manager Rosie has been a reliable, responsive and reassuring presence throughout the house purchasing process. Very quick to get back to any queries we had (which alone is invaluable), and always held an approachable professionalism that made us feel well looked after, and held everyone's best interests at heart. From our experience, we would certainly reccomend Minors and Brady.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Minors and Brady. And after our offer had been accepted, Rosie in the after sales team was very helpful. I would like to thank her for all of her help in the after sales section of our purchase as she continued her help right up until completion. I would also like to give a special thanks to Joe Richards in the lettings department for his exceptional work.

GoogleBought our house through Minors and Brady recently with Rosie supporting us throughout what should have been a relatively straightforward forward process. Rosie was always contactable and would reply to emails promptly. She was able to offer reassurance and updates in the process. If Rosie was not around her colleagues further remained supportive and would try their best to help with a query. Minors and Brady have been great throughout and professional from the beginning.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe sold our house through Minors and Brady. The sale was made tricky solely on account of our buyer's solicitor. Rosie was outstanding. She is fearless, tenacious and extremely responsive. I am entirely sure that but for her constant interventions we would still be waiting for the sale to complete. She returns your calls within minutes, sends emails on your instructions immediately and keeps you constantly updated. She has my total respect and admiration. I have sold a number of houses in the past - never before have I felt so looked after and supported by an estate agent. Take my advice - instruct Minors and Brady - they are head and shoulders above any other estate agent I have had dealings with.
