GoogleJust starting with putting our property up for sale online. We had a chat with Marcus last week, and our property went live today. The whole team has been great with Caitlin putting our property online and making the amendments needed on the brochure and Mia has been great with getting house viewings going for the properties we potentially want to buy. So far a good progress.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleOur journey in finding a property was made so much easier with the help of Mia, we have been in our current house 36 years and so buying somewhere in an area we didn't know was quite daunting. Nothing was ever too much for Mia her kindness and professionalism was above and beyond. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Minors & Brady …. We look forward to completion and starting our next chapter in Caister on Sea.

GoogleI am buying my first home and cannot praise Minors and Brady enough. Chanelle at the Caister branch has been so amazingly kind and helpful at my viewings. Chanelle and the whole team have been lovely, professional, and seem as excited as me about my new home! As a first time buyer I have been made to feel extremely comfortable, and I feel at ease in contacting the team at any time with any queries about the process. I would highly recommend Minors and Brady to others.

GoogleRosie was super helpful and supportive whilst myself and my partner were in the process of purchasing our house. She was very sufficient, quick to respond and made sure she kept chasing the solicitors in order to get us moved in as quickly as possible!

GoogleWe came back for a second viewing after our offer was accepted at a property in Ormesby. We were met by Maddy Bott. She was pleasant helpful, professional and courteous and answered pretty much everything she could at that point. It was a welcome meeting after having driven up nearly 100 miles for the viewing. Thank you Maddy

GoogleRosie Turley from Minors & Brady estate agents did an absolute fantastic job helping with our purchase. She was always available to take phone calls and kept us up to date with regular weekly updates. Her cheerful nature came through in our conversations and she was a delight to chat with over the phone . I would recommend M&B to anyone wishing to purchase or sell their property.

GoogleDealing with Minors and Brady is a pleasurable experience which I would recommend to anyone buying/selling a house in the local area. The quality of the photos they take are also amazing and look very professional. A special thanks to Mia and Brad from the Caister office!

GoogleThe housing market is crazy right now and we have viewed many properties without much luck until Mia showed us a property. At this stage we were despondent to say the least! Mia acknowledged and responded to our feeling and made us feel welcome and positive and gave invaluable advice to help in the process. I have nothing but great things to say about Mia (give her a pay rise)and minors and Brady! There has always been a speedy response and great customer service here. After a traumatic year of house searching we’ve found the perfect home and everything appears to be going swimmingly! Thank you Mia you are my saviour!!

GoogleWe travelled out of area to view a few properties. Maddy was fantastic, she had full knowledge of all of the properties we viewed. Nothing was too much trouble for Maddy, she was courteous and efficient. Thank you Maddy, we hope that our offer will be accepted as we are very keen to move to the area.

GoogleI would like to thank the team at Minors & Brady for their hard work in getting the sale completed for our purchase. It has been a long process due to complications above us in the chain and I would specifically like to mention Jamie Laville who has been extremely professional with both his approach and communication throughout the process. Despite not always having good news to deliver, he was consistent with keeping me informed and provided assurance to me in a calm manner when at times It’s fair to say my frustration showed. I believe he went above and beyond in trying to move things forward and I very much appreciate his hard work Best Wishes, Ben Cook

GoogleWe are in process of selling our property with Minors and Brady Estate Agents. I can honestly say that Minors and Brady are the best estate agents in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area. We received an offer just 1 day after putting the property on the market. Mia Staff ,the lady which was doing the most of the viewings was totally amazing. We haven't seen an estate agent like her before, she was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We believe that we managed to achieve such a quick sale thanks to Mia who manage to create real buzz and excitement during the viewings. Also one of the other estate agents Jack who came to value the property was exceptional , he really took the time to explain everything and to create solid strategy so we could sale quickly. The brochure was prepared perfectly, Despina and the photographer prepared brilliant brochure and photos were really the best. Over all I could say that Minors and Brady are the best agency in Great Yarmouth in my opinion and with the best professionals working there. Thank you Minors and Brady! DK and ZK

GoogleWe have been so impressed with the Minors and Brady team from the initial meeting through to the completion of my mother’s house sale. They have been so efficient, but friendly and polite too, and have also taken on board our opinions on how we wanted to proceed such as conducting the viewings ourselves and a commitment not to sell the property as a second home or holiday let. We were also very appreciative of the post-sale team and wish to highlight all the work that our Aftersales Progressor, Julia Pauluch, did to keep us informed of the whole process. She is a breath of fresh air with her bubbly personality and so helpful to have regular updates by email and phone keeping us in the loop. She also was in constant contact with both lots of solicitors and our buyers. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

GoogleCaitlin produced an amazing brochure for the sale of our house. Was described and edited very well with some great pictures. Our overall experience with Minors and Brady has been excellent with all the people we have dealt with to date and would happily recommend them to anyone.

GoogleSo far so good. I viewed a property which I decided to go with. Mia was very helpful and polite. I wanted to go back a 2nd time to measure up which was not a problem at all to Minors and Brady. This time I was escorted by Maddy who again was friendly and helpful. Whenever I have contacted the office the phone has been answered promptly and any queries have been dealt with efficiently. I can only hope that this level of service carries on until the property is actually mine.

GoogleI would like to take a moment to thank all of the staff at Minors and Brady Caister On Sea office. The service that we have received has been fantastic and smooth sailing, from getting our property valued in the run up to Christmas, to photographs being taken shortly after the new year. Caitlin was a great help in promptly amending minor changes to our property brochure and launching the property to market. We were lucky to have had quite a few viewings arranged within the first couple of weeks, and the whole team, especially Maddy, were great at showing our property (saves any uncomfortable conversations!). Upon accepting an offer-all within three weeks of going to market Mia went above and beyond in helping us secure the purchase of our new property (working outside usual office hours to achieve this), the kind of service you cannot buy. Once again a huge thank you to the whole team. We expressed at our initial valuation how anxious we were, having previously had a very poor experience with a different agent, but working with the Caister branch has been a breath of fresh air, and dare I say it, I wouldn't hesitate to go through the whole buying/selling process again.

GoogleArranged a viewing with Mia who was very friendly and helpful with our booking schedule. We were met by an agent Maddy at the property who was engaging and put us at ease. As opposed to other agent experiences we have had in the past, Maddy was well informed and gave us the time we needed to inquire into what we needed to know. Overall a very good viewing and will most certainly work with them again as well as recommending them to friends and family.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleFirst impressions, one of the better experiences with Estate Agents I’ve had. On first contact over the phone, Mia Staff was quick to send me information via email and able to arrange a viewing out of normal hours for me. This struck me as good attention to the customer. She then continued to communicate with me via email or telephone; promptly keeping me well informed. Mia does go the extra mile by talking slowly on the phone and showing expression in her emails, which gives it a more personalised experience during our interactions. She has however set the standard very high and I equally expect highly of them, which so far they have shown high quality in helping new tenants by providing information packets using a very well functioning online method. The rest of the team have also been helpful when answering the phone and being direct with me, which is much appreciated. I will recommend to friends and family throughout, thanks once again, Mia!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe had been on the market for sometime with another agent and eventually succumb to the emails and telephone calls we had received from Minors & Brady seeing how we were getting on. My first point of contact was Mia who has been amazing, she was very friendly, yet professional and was able to answer any questions we had. Secondly we had Will as our photographer... WOW!! His photos of our property were brilliant, they exceeded our expectations, especially compared to the photos we already had with our other agent. He arrived early and was so helpful with getting things ready, moving objects and staging our property perfectly. Thirdly would be Caitlin for putting together our beautiful brochure, she swiftly made the adjustments that i wanted to make and also finalised the sale of our house with the memorandum. Thank you Minors & Brady, wish we had gone with you sooner!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFurther to my initial post below, just over 3 months have passed and we are happily settled in our new home and I'm pleased to say M&B do indeed have another very satisfied customer! Following agreement of terms and instruction of solicitors @Jamie became our main point of contact in M&B keeping us informed weekly with a professional, concise & honest update on how our purchase was progressing, right up to the point of us taking possession. I would definitely recommend M&B to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in Norfolk. I would not normally post a review of a business until after completion of purchase, but from the outset I've been very impressed with Minors & Brady so I've decided to post during our property purchase journey. @Bradley @Mia @Caitlin clear, concise, timely and honest communication at every step, great job so far, keep up this level of customer service you'll have another very satisfied customer.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
