GoogleShown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house with Minors & Brady and we found Bradley Stark to be very professional and accommodating as we had to travel down from London and he was happy to show us around our dream home at such short notice. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the area it was in. Bradley also seemed to know the seller of the house and called him by his name which we thought was very insightful and proved to us that he genuinely cares about his job and the people he deals with.

GoogleSales team were brilliant with marketing. Problems started with After Sales. First sale, after 4 months and a week before completion we were advised buyer at bottom of chain hadn’t actually applied for their mortgage. Second sale, after 5 months waiting for completion, we were advised buyer at bottom of the chain wanted to buy the freehold at completion and wouldn’t exchange without having the paperwork, & vendor in middle has taken property off the market for health reasons. Now told we have to give them 3 weeks notice to cancel Agreement. Life has been on hold for nearly 12 months and surrounded by boxes 😢
