It is so refreshing to have an aftersale staff member at an estate agent who calls me on a daily basis in the build up to exchange, keeps me constantly updated with all updates, and is always available on the phone or over email whenever I needed to speak to him. Without his relentless chasing up of solicitors, I'm not we would have exchanged contracts before our deadline, but with his help we managed it with two days to spare! GoogleNigella our aftersales contact was amazing, nothing was a problem for her no matter how many times I contacted her. I personally think that she worked her socks off. She always helped even on her week off she sent us a congratulations email this goes to show how nice she is. If you are lucky enough to get her you are in safe hands. If I could give her stars for just her work alone then it would be alot more than the 5 star that's on Google. I would also just like to say Ben was lovely as he also helped on our final 2 days as Nigella was on annual leave.
