This is the worst agency I have been with. They made me homeless just after having a baby, I have 2 older children also. The stress they caused me resulted in my baby being born early and my mental health taking a decline. I feel I'm at rock bottom and now they want to charge me for the property to be fully fixed up even though it was never in a good standard to begin with. I reported mould in the living room and got told to "let it dry" it then travel upstairs into the master bedroom and made all of us sick for months. I feel I have been scammed based on my young age and being a single mum living on my own. I am sueing Miller metcalfe for making me suicidal.

GoogleIf you’re looking to let your house do not trust these guys. No inspections, house trashed and they did nothing to help. Impossible to contact also.

GoogleWe had a very good experience from the team at Miller Metcalfe Horwich, specially aimee who looked after the purchase of our property. They were supportive when our chain broke down and tried best to accommodate with our time frame .the communication was excellent. Would highly recommend . Keep up the good work

Everything went smoothly and the MM- Harwood team moved things along quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. GoogleHonestly can not thank the Miller Metcalfe Harwood branch for everything they have done for us, they found us the perfect home and from the start they have just given outstanding support and advice in the whole process. Darine is honestly fantastic here, she was so helpful very personable and I can not thank her enough!! Danielle was also extremely helpful and very knowledgable!
