GoogleLee went out of his way to try and make our move an easy transition. He came up against major problems and was more than happy to face them head on. He was always very approachable and always kept us informed at every step of the way. We are now in our lovely home and without Lee's input and help, I don't think it would have been possible. Not the easiest sales cycle due to complications with the sale of our property but Lee was understanding and helped iron out some complications and ensure that we completed on our dream house. Would certainly recommend using Michael Graham and kudos to Lee Barry for all his help.

GoogleAlthough the process of selling our house proved to be long and arduous, this was in no way down to Michael Graham Estate Agents in Aylesbury. Throughout the process the team, especially Lee Barry, worked very hard on our behalf, acted pro-actively to find out what was going on and to drive the process forward. Communication was excellent and, despite the problems, it was a pleasurable experience to work with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a house in the Aylesbury area.

GoogleMichael Graham are hands down the best estate agents in Hitchin - well above the rest in every aspect. They may be a little more expensive - but they took an enormous part of the stress away compared with my previous experiences - this combined with their professionalism makes it great value!

GoogleWithout doubt one of the best estate agents we have ever worked with. Period. Their staff are top level professionals. Perfect communicators and kept us informed in every matter. With all the talk about estate agents earning their money or not, Phil and Caroline et al put us in the best places, shot the best photography and sold our house on the 4th viewing and then followed up and were there beyond every step imaginable. Even well beyond their calling. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Sincerely.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, caring and gets the job done .. .even making up for the poor service my other agents involved in the chain. Would highly recommend and only regret that we did have MG conducting our sale too.
