GoogleWould never use these again! Have held my full deposit with no reason and against the law, even after raising a dispute with the TDS they refused to reply. Now in the process of court proceedings! Stay well clear.

GoogleHighly recommend Simon, made us feel at ease and helped whenever we needed it. Was happy to take us to the flat anytime we needed for measurements and helped with suggestions was very helpful.

GoogleTENNENTS BEWARE!!!!!! I’ve rented for over 10 years, these are by far the worst agent I’ve dealt with. Very unprofessional withholding clients deposits without informing them of why. Forcing my family to leave during covid 19, moving new tenants in Without correct property checks and procedures being followed. Stay well clear as a letting agents they bend the rules to suit them. Greedy selfish business who hides all the bad reviews from the site of the public.

GoogleVery efficient, each agent came round to see the property prior to any viewings so they knew about the house and could answer any questions potential buyers may have had. Gave great advice on how to attract buyers and make your property stand out.

GoogleA very professional team of people, who were tenacious in their efforts to sell our property, in a difficult and ever changing environment. They were thoughtful and understanding of the stress associated with moving property and provided support over and above that expected, even beyond the completion date. They were excellent communicators and responsive in all circumstances.

GoogleI contracted with Michael Graham Estate Agents, Newport Pagnell in the capacity of Executor of my mother's estate to sell her house in Newport Pagnell. I live in the USA so communication was key and primarily by email. The My MG web site also kept me up to speed with viewing activity, etc. We had numerous viewings and despite 2 aborted sales, the process went smoothly and was recently concluded to my satisfaction.

GoogleSimon and his team were extremely professional and proactive throughout the whole process of selling our property. We lost our buyer 2 days before exchange which was a nightmare!! GoogleSimon from the Newport pagnell office came to carry out a valuation for us. He was very thorough and helpful and had prepared a lot of information prior to his visit. He then took the time to fully explain the valuation and the process as well as finding out our requirements. We eventually decided not to sell our house but if we had we would have been happy to proceed with Michael Graham and would recommend Simon and his team who have always been extremely helpful

GoogleOlly, Simon and Magda were very professional throughout the sale of our house. Olly gave us regular updates and was efficient and responded to any enquiries we made. We had regular feedback with our viewings and the whole team were very helpful and polite. They are a little more expensive than other estate agents, however the service we got was excellent and they sold our house within a few weeks.
