Apologies for the late review as the house was sold in June of this year. The first person to visit our home was Richard Irlam who gave us at the time of visit a valuation which was based on his profound knowledge of the local market and we achieved a sales price of £480,000 on a property that he valued at £495,000. The whole sales process was managed by Gareth Redman who managed it meticulously through each of the stages and put in so much effort to getting the property sold. At the time of final negotiation Ben Laidler was truly excellent. The only way to sell your property in this area is by instructing Michael Graham they always perform. The only thing that lets them down is there mundane, unenthusiastic receptionist otherwise I would give them five stars.

We recently brought our family home through Gareth Redman at Michael Graham in Towcester. From walking through the door on the first viewing to getting the keys Gareth was a pleasure to deal with. TENNENTS BEWARE!!!!!! I’ve rented for over 10 years, these are by far the worst agent I’ve dealt with. Very unprofessional withholding clients deposits without informing them of why. Forcing my family to leave during covid 19, moving new tenants in Without correct property checks and procedures being followed. Stay well clear as a letting agents they bend the rules to suit them. Greedy selfish business who hides all the bad reviews from the site of the public.
