GoogleJames was nothing short of superb. In our case he listened to what we wanted, kept in touch over time, spotted a buyer well in advance our house coming to market and managed the process beautifully from there. He kept all the necessary balls in the air to hit our desired completion deadline even in spite of the online conveyancer going offline! Discreet, sensible, professional, and good fun too. GoogleThe team at Michael Graham provided us with a friendly, professional service from start to finish when selling our property. They arranged a good number of viewings, all with people who they thought would be a good fit for our unusual property. Once the right offer came in, Gareth was invaluable when it came to keeping us in the loop with information regarding the exchange. He constantly spoke to other agents and solicitors within the chain to make sure everything was moving along as it should be which resulted in a smooth and speedy sale. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI cannot thank Steve and Paul enough for all they did to help us sell our house. They were available 7 days a week, nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with many issues our 'quirky' house raised professionally taking a lot of the stress away from us. GoogleDifficult times to buy a house, but we managed it with the help from Steve and Michael Graham. We all worked together , agent, broker and us to get us over the line. Good solicitor too. Buying is stressful, safe hands help. We felt we were in safe hands.

GoogleHave just completed the purchase of a property that Michael Graham were selling. I can’t praise them enough, and particularly Steve Tillyer who was the agent for this property. It was a sale that had a lot of complexity and we hit a few bumps in the road and Steve persevered with us through all of this. He was always honest and straightforward, communication was great throughout (we never had to wait for a response and all enquiries were dealt with within 24 hours) and it was reassuring to know that someone who was professional and experienced was the person you were dealing with.
