Brilliant sales and back up. We bought through Michael Graham but were selling with a local agent in Bury St Edmunds as we were moving from Suffolk to Herts. Such bad unprofessional, disorganised service.From trying to book a viewing to placing an offer of which they refused to accept!!! Think this might even be illegal.It was made so difficult I had to either go into the office for an interview or write to them stating all my circumstances.Colleague was rude when I said can't you just put this forward.Well vendor's need to know how difficult they are to buyers.
