GoogleI'd like to thank Tim, Rachel and Christina for all their help over the last 4 months with the purchase of my first home. I had plenty of questions which Rachel was happy to help with and when the offer was accepted, Christina was chasing both solicitors every day to help speed up the process.

GoogleMc Farlanes have been renting a property to a friend of mine and I’m disgusted that she has had to put up with rats for a year and they have done nothing about, the owner has tried his best but this estate agent have done absolutely nothing even though they have a exterminator on their books as they have said so. My friend pays a lot of money for this property and the way she has been treated is beyond belief.

GoogleDisgusted with the state of properties presented. First one had a current tenant and was filthy, stuff everywhere and bathroom covered in mold. No inspections or standards? Second one didn't even have a tenant yet no effort had been made to clean up. Had a look inside the fridge and there was stinking rotting food inside!! Unbelievable. Even the estate agent ran away in disgust. Sort it out please, this sort of stuff contributes to Swindon's awful reputation.

GoogleI have just sold my late fathers property and I am happy to recommend McFarlane Estate Agent in Cricklade. From the first meeting to completion, Tim, Rachel, Oliver and Christina have been efficient, professional and helpful throughout. It was a difficult process for me, with preparing the house for sale and then the sadness in letting it go, however, it helped so much knowing that you have this team behind you taking care of the sale, giving regular updates and support. I would like to give a special mention to Christina who has such a warm and friendly way, it was a pleasure to deal with her, and the rest of the team. Definitely a five star service.

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service provided by McFarlanes. Our first interaction was with Tim. I had left a message to see if we could view the property we have purchased and he left me a voicemail to say it’s had lots of interest, based on that I almost didn’t call back because we had not sold at that point but thankfully I did and we soon found a buyer for our property. However our sale was subject to our buyers selling two properties, it wasn’t ideal but thankfully it all worked out. Special shout out to Rachel, lovely lady and Christina has been fabulous too. Always so positive and very friendly. We don’t plan on selling anytime soon, but I would certainly recommend MacFarlanes to purchase a property through. Thanks you- Julie & Michael Bromley 😊

GoogleFrom our first meeting and chat with Tim, to our final day of exchange Mcfarlane Estate Agents Cricklade have been exemplary. Tim was always supportive and helpful at all times. Oliver , amazing , always with a smile and tolerant of all our questions and concerns. Rachel is so lovely, patient , kind and caring and listened attentively while always giving wise counsel. What can I say about Christina (sales progressor...or should that be sales rollercoaster dynamo !) other than......FANTASTIC ....!! So compassionate and kind , who went the extra mile (she really does ) at all times to help and advise us. Christina's communication skills are exceptional and I can honestly say she was unwavering in her support , always with a lovely smile and a reassuring calmness.
