GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the current and past experience of dealing with Mather Estates. Over the last 3 years! My association with this independent agent has been faultless and so supportive to our family! Will, initially has kept contact with me over a 2 year period whilst l struggled with the loss of my father and probate and subsequent probate of my mother. Finally their patience has paid off as we instructed Mathers, Old Town Stevenage, last week. If you want an agent that is patient, professional, efficient, proactive, communicative and enthusiastic, then Will, Sam, Paul & team should be your go to agent! Never have I been more impressed with an Agent, and l am in the industry too, so can speak from experience. Thank you!! Karen Mitchell

GoogleVery friendly independent estate agents in Stevenage, would recommend. They got our house on the market super quickly and provided lots of great advice, so much that we sold our house in less than a week, we couldn’t believe how easy it was. Thank you Danielle, Sam & Will.

Google"I had an excellent experience working with Mather Estates for my rental property. Their team was highly professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The agent took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and only showed me properties that matched my criteria, which saved a lot of time. They were transparent about all fees/ requirements from the start, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. What really stood out was their attention to detail and friendly communication - they always kept me updated and answered my queries promptly. The transition into my new rental was smooth thanks to their preparation. I would definitely recommend Mather Estates to anyone looking for a rental property, as they combine professionalism with a genuine desire to find the right home for their clients. 5/5 stars."
