GoogleWe came to view property after 45 minutes drive with my 6months old and they cancel the viewing on my arrival . The lady who was gonna let us view property was very rude . Zero management .Horrible experience from viewing to renting property .

GoogleLovitts block management oversaw the block of flats I lived in coventry . I can honestly say what a pleasure it was having them maintain the flats . Fast and efficient at sorting out any issues . I had the pleasure of having Gereldine Evans as our point of call and may I say she is a credit to Lovitts nothing was ever a problem and assisted me many times over the years

GoogleWe are seeking legal advice for the breach of duty from Loveitts. The house was almost set on fire due to an electrical fault with the dishwasher. The fire brigade was called at 1am which resulted in us having to vacate the property until 4am. Unfortunately, my wife was heavily pregnant at the time. The dishwasher issue was bought to the attention of Loveitts in August 2021, we didn't recieve a replacement until mid June 2022. Since we have been at the property (3 years) no one has come to service or check the electrical appliances. We had to come to the office to report the fire as there was no response from anyone at Loveitts. After the fire, not a single person from Loveitts apologised or checked up to see if everything was okay. A house stinking of burnt plastic for days! The fire occurred in March 2022 and we did not recieve a replacement until June 2022, is that acceptable? The fridge had also been leaking and this took the landlord/loveitts 3 months to arrange a replacement. That's not even mentioning the continuous leaks resulting in huge stains on the walls and ceiling, faulty water taps, faulty boiler, no carbon monoxide alarm fitting in, damaged floor boards and just lack of communication and consideration from the whole Loveitts team. After many emails to maintenance, managers and the CEO not a single person replied. Should change their name to hateitts. Rude and unprofessional, strongly advise to stay away from this useless company. Wouldn't advise a stray dog to rent from this agency.

GoogleIt was not really a good experience with Loveitts :( I paid ~£600 to relet the house I had rented, and they were supposed to do a simple job reading meters for me! I cannot believe that they had read the meter for another flat, and they did not want to accept their mistake. At the end, I had to find the contact information of the new tenant, go to the building again, and read the meter myself. Such a headache!

GooglePosting on behalf of a friend. I had a really bad experience with loveitts after getting a new build apartment. The door had no letterbox, wasn’t provided with bins or curtain poles or blinds. The heating broke for 6 weeks and no one came out to fix it even though it was the middle of winter and it was unsuitable for humans to live in. They didn’t seal the shower tray in the apartment above which led to the ceiling in the bathroom falling through and water flooding the apartment and tripping the electrics. There was no sense of urgency throughout my stay. The apartment was really poorly built. Even though the heating didn’t work for 6 weeks, they refused to take money off my rent and blamed the problem on me fiddling with the thermostat even though I wasn’t shown how to use it or any appliances in the apartment. I’m severely disappointed in the way loveitts handled this and would advise renting a property through them.

GoogleI can say with no hesitation at all that Loveitts really are the best estate agents in Coventry. GoogleI recently had an experience with Loveitts Letting Agency, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I applied to rent a house through them, and the process was far from smooth. One of my major concerns was the extensive delay in their response time (3 weeks). It took them an unnecessarily long time to get back to me regarding my application, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Furthermore, my interaction with the representative from Loveitts during the house viewing left me with a negative impression. The lady who showed us the house displayed a personality that was less than welcoming. Her attitude and manner made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I can't deny that Loveitts may have some merits, such as property selection, my overall experience was ruined by the slow response and the uninspired customer service I encountered. Therefore, I can only rate them 2 out of 5 stars based on my personal experience.

The staff are very helpful. They made the pre-auction process very easy for me and I was able to buy a property pre-auction. They communicated with the seller and my solicitor at every step. This is the first time I have bought at auction and I felt like I was in a whirlwind but supported with phone calls and explanations guiding me through. This was much easier than I expected so well done team.

We have had a good experience selling my late Mum’s house through Loveitts. We had three agents to value the property and found Paul to be the most considered and professional and he gave us the confidence that his team would be able to achieve a sale at a price acceptable to us. Jamie arranged viewing appointments and always kept us informed and appraised us of feedback from potential buyers. A sale was achieved quite quickly and negotiations handled well. This was a bereavement sale so everyone had to be patient for Probate to be granted but we were never left wondering what was happening. We had been assured that Michelle was a good sales progressor and that was certainly true. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt sure that she would also have been helpful to the buyers as well as us, her client. We are pleased that we chose the company to sell for us and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for the team effort.
